We loved this location a few years back. Went every night of our vacation. This time around, it has completely gone downhill. We arrived about 10pm and there were about 12 people between line and seating. They did not have their cookie cookie milkshake available. They said they could make a cookies and cream. We ordered 2 of them. They tasted like a little cookie dust in milk. There was zero thickness, not a hint of ice cream. It was gross! The line was picking up so we cut our losses. 2 other people in our group tried the milkshakes and agreed that they were just flavored milk. Customer service was fine but prices were astronomical. Markup is definitely anticipated in an ice cream parlor but this is the priciest I’ve seen and without superior taste/size/service/selection.
