Here I had bad experience at this branch. I went for using restroom,I asked respectfully for using restroom but she said you have to buy something. And I requested I am frequently buy coffee and food at Starbucks please allow to me use restroom as loyalty customer please as humanitarian help And she said no Starbucks not allow to use restroom. And How she judge I will not buy anything after using restroom they treated wrong. Read moreI went to this location with my daughter for some frapps. I was told they didnt have venti sizes so I had to order 2 talls which would be the same amount of ounces as a venti. I thought that was odd. So when I got to the window I asked if I was being charged the venti price and using 2 tall cups or being charged for 2 talls. They were charging me for 2 talls! This ended up being about the cost of a whole drink. So I asked to speak to the manager about it and he didnt even want to talk to me I heard him tell the girl to tell me they would do it this time but not again. My price went from 16 and some change to 11 and some change. I feel like they were just taking advantage of me honestly. They have the worst customer service. I've been here many times and have always had issues. I dont normally go here unless I have to for this reason. I dont think u should pass the cost off to unsuspecting customers becuz of a cup shortage u have.
