Counter Side Burgers & Fries — Restaurant in Walla Walla

Ate lunch here with my son. Excellent experience. Ordering is easy with a card to pay. We both had a burger deluxe with fries. The order came up quickly. The first thing I noticed was the bun, so soft and luxurious! The patty looked well cooked, nice lettuce, tomato and pickle. I am not sure what is in there but mayo but this burger is tasty! I did not notice the toasted bun until first bite but there it was. The fries are thinner than I prefer ut they were hot, plentiful and crispy. Very tasty! I would, and will go back. Keep it simple. It is great. Our 2 burgers and 2 fries were under $18. I thought this was fair for local fresh food.

*UPDATE 10/5 Just ate there again. I forgot to mention, they have the best bread! Holy cow it is soft! Anyway. The order was Single with Cheese: Double without. I totally forgot the Deluxe (I get confused because with another burger place deluxe means fries)anyway, I wanted the veggies and did not order them, that is on me. Also I ordered a single side of fries. Got back to work and found I had received a Single burger with cheese and a single burger with no cheese and a side of fires. So, add me into the lot who has had errors on orders. Not sure how to help cure that. It is disappointing. I like this place and...

I had the pleasure of dining at Counterside Burgers and Fries last Tuesday and I must say, it was an absolute delight! Not only were the burgers and fries cooked to perfection, but the service was top-notch. The two workers who were there were the nicest people I have ever met! They greeted me with the warmest smiles and made me feel right at home.

The atmosphere was whimsical and fun, looking out onto the beautiful downtown Walla Walla was honestly the best experience. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. It was clear that the workers put a lot of care and attention into every dish they made.

But what really made this experience stand out was the kindness and hospitality of the workers. They went above and beyond to make sure my meal was enjoyable, and they even took the time to chat with me and make me feel like I was a part of their community. I left feeling so happy and grateful for the wonderful experience.
