Neighborhood didn’t look as rough as I expected. People of all walks of life seemed to be coming in and out of the restaurant. We aren’t from here but I saw a YouTube video that suggested this place for the wings and mumbo sauce. Only got a 2 wing combo with fries and the wings and fries were hot and fresh. Tasted like any other Chinese wings you’d get anywhere (delicious but nothing special or unique). I preferred the wings without the mumbo sauce but wanted to try since it was my first time in DC. As many of the reviews stated, the lady taking the orders has bad attitude but as long as you don’t take it personally that’s fine.

This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in D.C. It is ONLY take out, so definitely try to order ahead. People will say bad things about the customer service, but they are wrong. No one at this place is rude; they are efficient. Specifically would recommend the sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, and General Tso's chicken. Good popsicles as well. Menu can be hard to find online, so I've posted a photo here. They have what you would expect from a Chinese takeout place.

There is BUG IN MY FOOD in my carry-out white rice. I can’t even describe how disgusted I am but glad I saw it before continuing to eat it. I live off Van Street so this is the most convenient Chinese spot but with the owner being super rude to us always as if she’s entitled to give terrible customer service. This tops it. This is more than not ever eating there again. But I reporting them to the health department..I’m speechless🤢(8/16/2021)

Giving credit for pretty good food though the LADY who runs the front and answers the phone is nasty as HELL. Does she not know they serve a melting pot of all nationalities? She should being paying all of us that patronize this establishment. Don't know if etiquette classes will help her. All of my people spend big money for the food there. We buying cars probably paying for there families to come here and God knows what. Need to upgrade the carryout and that raggedy parking lot they charge 50$ to park on when it's game day. In essence we as customers have the right to demand respect and courtesy as well as give it in return. Hope all the good people that support them get together and picket them. Stop supporting any and all establishments who show others no respect. Question? When you die and are met at the gate would you still want to enter if SHE opened it? He'll TO...

I have been visiting this store for past few days and now I feel this is high time to write about their worst carryout service. First of all, The lady who take orders is always so rude to everyone and the way she behave with her customers as if customers are not paying for their food and this is the only store in this area. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

As it is a carryout store, they should always keep paper plates and plasticware in their bag but it seems they just know how to charge customers but not giving a single good service. Yesterday, I asked that lady for a paper plate and the way she answered me, I was so embarrassed in front of my other colleagues. ' This place is a disgrace to the Chinese food and I am not recommending...
