PNC Diamond Club — Restaurant in Washington

Rude staff ruined the experience. Give someone a little power and watch them exploit it. The unnecessary yelling at people to keep moving, can't stand here, can't sit here ruined the entire experience. Every table is marked as reserved or see a host for seating. But when you check in with a host they say sit wherever you can find a seat. Then someone else comes along and says you can't sit here. The food and drinks are great but the amount of tickets sold in the diamond club are oversold. It's too crowded, not air cooled as advertised, and most seats are in the blazing sun during day games. The PNC Diamond Club includes some of the best seats in the house in the lower levels behind home plate. The tickets also come with an all-you-can-eat buffet with a rotating selection of baseball classics and other modern/fusion dishes. All you can drink beer and wine is included. I had a fantastic experience at the Diamond Club with my coworkers, located right behind home plate. I really enjoyed the game in the beautiful stadium. The food was amazing, ranging from steak and chicken to hot dogs, and there was an air-conditioned area with dessert, ice cream bars, and cookies. There was plenty of seating for dining. However, I think the indoor space could use some adjustments, like adding more areas for pool and comfortable couches or chairs to relax while enjoying the game.
