Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Washington

Food and drink tasted great, however, the service from one of the baristas left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt disrespected when I asked if they had any plastic knives, and he just refused to look at me while shaking his head and pointed at the other staff members, as if he's not allowed to look at me or listen to my question. I understand the plastic knives may not be his section, but, he could've responded in a more friendly and professional way.

Additionally, the staff piled up mobile orders on the side, without calling out the names. Which, left me having to look through the large pile of orders for my coffee and bagel. Luckily, I was able to find the bagel in the large pile of orders, but I couldn't see my coffee after checking twice already, so I waited.

My experience at the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter on M Street SE in Navy Yard was absolutely dreadful. The staff here are rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. They consistently fail to make drinks correctly and seem to have no regard for basic customer service.

When I visited, their behavior was so appalling that two customers ahead of me walked out in frustration. The way they spoke to me was shockingly rude, and it was clear they had no interest in being helpful or polite.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time, expecting a quick pick-up. Unfortunately, after waiting over 15 minutes, my drink still wasn’t ready and I had to leave without it due to time constraints.
