Honestly the best cake (and customer service) I ever had in my life, and it was free! This is quite an amazing read here... So, I ordered some Nintendo Switch accessories for my wife and I (NOT CAKE) from Best Buy. Tacked on same day delivery. Well.... I got a cake. Not my nintendo switch accessories... A Red Velvet Cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Needless to say, even though the cake was very tempting it was not worth the $200+ of goods I ordered from Best Buy. It sat on our counter torturing us while I tried to get my actual delivery. I called Roadie (the delivery service Best buy used for same day deliveries) and discovered they are absolutely no help. So, being that the cake had a number on it my father-in-law gave that number a try to see if the two deliveries got mixed up. Well, Nothing Bundt Cakes called him back after a few minutes and he explained that we received a cake in error from a same day courrier service. Savannah (I believe that was her name I may be wrong) told my father in law they would make the intended customer a new cake and would... Get this... See if our package was their and bring it to us. Well, the birthday girl (it was a birthday cake) got our package, Nothing Bundt Cakes dropped them off a new cake, brought us our best buy delivery, and told us to keep the cake! Now, just to clarify, this wasn't a courier service, this was (again I think Savannah) an employee from Nothing Bundt Cakes. This isn't just going the extra mile. This is how you get a customer for life. The cake was the best red velvet cake I have ever had in my life. I say this as a NJ transplant who has been struggling to find a substitute for tri-state area quality baked goods. No offense Texas. We love it here, it's the waters fault not yours! I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, WHEN (not IF) I order from here that any problems will be taken care off and I absolutely need not worry about anything. The customer service I recieved as a non-customer says it all. This experience made my year. Get your cakes here. The people and the cakes are the best you will ever get. May as well change the name to Nothing Bundt the Best, because you won't just get the best cake, you will get the best service, care, kindness, and compassion as well. Read moreI was having a House Warming Party on Friday evening. I had not ordered a cake yet as of Thursday morning, for I wanted as fresh of a cake as possible. This was to be for a very good party.
Because of my own delay in ordering a cake, I had intended to order from another bakery. When I called the other baker early Thursday morning, they were not able to take the order to such short notice. Really? A full day plus. So now I was in a bind.
I really needed and wanted a cake that would go along with the rest of the Fall theme we were enjoying. Your standard bakery (White and Chocolate) lacked all the available flavors.
Well, I called this Bakery, Nothing Bundt Cake and spoke with Camille. She was very polite and helpful over the phone. She gave suggestions as well. I ordered a great tasting and moist cake that Thursday with a pick up time of between 12- 1300 Friday. I was flexible on the time if they needed more time. This was a better time for me but, since I am ordering I guess which is last minute, I had to be flexible in either "We would need more time" or accept "No" for an answer.
Well, this bakery stood up to the plate and took the order and fulfilled it excellently.
The cake was a two tiered Bundt Cake. The bottom 10" was of the special Pumpkin Spice and the top 8" Pecan Praline with Signature Frosting, decorated on top with a Sunflower.
I arrived Friday as expected and Camille was working that day. She worked with a smile and was happy to deliver a great product to a needy customer.
So as for the bad review from 2 weeks ago, maybe a poor employee, or maybe, sometimes you just cannot please everybody to their outrageous expectations.
As for me, my family and my guests, we greatly enjoyed the cake.

Read moreMy wife placed two orders on the same day for bundtinis and specified exactly what flavors we wanted. Initially, we placed an order for 1 dozen. 15 - 20 minutes later, we called back to add another dozen to the order but was told by Savannah that the original order was already placed and we would need to place a 2nd order. No problem. We did that and again specified which flavors we wanted. The next day I went to the Webster store to pick up my order. One dozen was brought out and when I asked for the 2nd dozen, I was informed I had only ordered 1 dozen. I said that wasn't true and my account had been debited twice. I was told to prove it. I had to show my bank account to the clerk before she believed me. She then told me to come back before 6 pm to pick up the order. Never once apologized, never admitted to any errors even after I explained the situation and that Savannah helped us the day before. To add insult to injury, half the order was INCORRECT. The product was great, but the service was terrible. Please train your clerks better and have them WRITE down customer requests. The fact that I had to prove my account was debited twice before I was believed, was very insulting. Especially when there was a line...
