Subway — Restaurant in Webster

Horrible customer service with the one girl on the day shift 08-11-19! We were at the hospital visiting a critical family member. We decided to go to subway for a quick stop. My son (not even 2 years) wanted Cheetos. Well he spilt the entire bag since his motor skills are not all there, on the floor. We apologized and requested if the girl behind the register would be okay with replacing it since he did not eat a single chip. She grunted rudely and stated “no you need to buy one”. First, if your behind as a sub rep, learn to differentiate between accidents and if my son actually ate the bag of chips. Food and items get trashed daily at Subway, it’s a 50 cent bag of chips.. where’s the customer service? Disappointed in...

Love that they are inside the hospital and open till 9 pm 7 days a week. But I'm very disappointed at the way my food was prepared. It was very messy and hardly had any veggies in it even though I ordered extra. I also added and paid for extra meat but did not see any extra meat. My daughter's meatball sandwich hardly had any meatballs or sauce on it. I would eat here again if I had to but I would order my food in person instead of ordering...

Usually great sandwiches and courteous employees! Recent visit near closing employee mashed bread, I guess I should have just ordered flat bread! LOL! She didn't have scoop for tuna & just guestimated amount of tuna, sandwich was very shy on tuna! It was 9:30 but I think they were cleaning up and didn't want any visitors.
