This McDonald's intentionally targets, physically disabled, handicapped, and homeless people! They are VERY ANTI-SOCIAL towards others! Do NOT give them your money, or your business! Many times, I have paid for my food, sat quietly at a table, and charged my cell phone, there. Unfortunely, I have become a target, by the Mexican management there, at this McDonald's; after I started confronting the Mexican management there, about their lies, slander, and made up stories, against me! I finally got tired of all of their lies, targeting, made up stories, discrimination, defamation of my character, and their slander of me. So, I called the head corporate office of McDonald's in Illinois, and I not only made a formal complaint; but, also talked to one of the corporate, Vice President 's of McDonald's; about this Wenatchee, WA, McDonald's, and there management's bad behaviour. A couple days later, I went into this very same, Wenatchee, WA. McDonald's, and bought breakfast. Their lobby girl confronted me, and said to me, that I had to leave, because it was their policy that people could only be there for one hour. I was there for an hour and a half. BUT, there were also other people that had arrived at the same time as I did, (that morning), but, they were NEVER told by anyone, or the lobby girl, that they had to leave! I confronted the lobby girl about this, and again, I was confronted, by the management's lies and discrimination. It is discrimination, to favor, one party over another, when using the same, one hour policy, against people! I then went to the front counter, and asked for a manager. The lobby girl said, to the female, Mexican manager, that it was her job to get rid of tresspassers! Wow! I am a paying customer, many times over at this McDonald's, and I am suppose to be a tresspasser?! What a lie, and deframation! This has to do with me being physically disabled, and my social status in society! The Mexican, female manager, at the front counter, then confronted the mexican lobby girl, and said to her, "What are you doing?!" She, is NOT a tresspasser; but, a paying customer! After showing my receipt to the female manager, I was then given permission to stay. But, right after this, the head Mexican manager, Rodriquez, told me to my face, that because, I had called the head corporate office on them, and because I had made a complaint against them, and because the owner of this Wenatchee, WA. McDonald's, had heard from the head, corporate office in Illinois, that they were investigating, as to what was going on, and why the management's ill treatment of me, at this Wenatchee, WA., McDonald's; that, THAT was WHY he (the head Mexican manager) was now throwing me permanently, out of their restaurant that morning! This is called, retaliation, and discrimination! I have done NOTHING to anyone at this McDonald's! I am only, a physically disabled person, whom they have targeted with their discrimination! Read moreAwful food. Bacon should be made from pork. But the real problems are more fundamental. I also do programming, so I am justified in giving the programming and need for a huge staff to make up for these defects an F-. The self service stations do not accept cash, require me to enter the number of the order table stand myself. If I mess this up, cold food after I will have to get up and physically walk to seek my missing order. Unacceptable, especially since I am awaiting getting my hip replaced. I did not get a running subtotal during my order, thus when I found myself a few cents over the amount on my debit card, I had to alter my order to remove an item. Pay with card and send my dad to order the last item at the clerk station. All of these problems have already been solved by other restaurant chains. Give the programmers a broom for a week or more likely, fire their supervisor at whatever level the problem is at. Finally, the ketchup container I had was too small and I couldn't control it. It spilled onto the floor. An employee finally came along and without any gloves or cleaning equipment, used napkins to clean up the spill. Read moreArrived at dinnertime and zero cars in drive thru. Ordered two double QP, coffee and sundae. Girl on speaker makes me repeat my coffee order five times (no sugar lots of cream). On fifth repetition she responds with a smug "I know sir." Looking at order screen it is opposite what I asked for: add sugar no cream. I asked why the order screen says sugar in my coffee and she says snarkily: "well that's what you asked for sir." Annoyed, I asked for the manager. She comes to the window and before I can talk to her the drive thru girl explains how it was just an honest mistake and I'm complaining about nothing. The manager then asks if I want my order and I say I wouldn't be foolish enough to eat anything this crew (who had subsequently gathered near the drive thru window) prepared. I asked her where all the dinner customers were and why customers are treated so poorly at this location. The manager and crew begin YELLING over me. I tell the manager her customer service is awful and it's obvious why there are no dinner customers in the drive thru. She yells back that everybody loves to come to this McDonald's and then SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE!...
