Polk St. Under the Pink line. This once was a very well ran Dunkin but in the last two years there have been a line of inept employees to service patrons. The last person I dealt with, of hispanic decent, mumbled and talked with his back to me. On national coffee day (Sat. Sept 29 2018) he told me I should not be asking for free coffee. He closed the window in my face. This is not a person people enjoy giving repeat business too considering the fact Dunkin Donuts coffee charges as much as Starbucks charges but Starbucks is doing something about their public relations. They take orders, cook, prepare and serve food, drinks & coffee with Lightning Speed!! They even work in a small limited space & still "Make It happen". I go in here to get something warm to drink on this cold day, and the people in there are,,,,,ooooooohhhhh. "We ain't got no lids for the coffee"... "Is that ok?" 😳.. NO IT'S NOT OK.
