I came to this location about a week ago and emailed my concerns to corporate before coming here to leave a review. Corporate did get back to me, stating that the owner/manager would be contacting me directly. A week later and nothing. So seeing that the owner/manager never got back to, they must not take it serious when a customer goes out of their way to email corporate over some health hazards/concerns at their establishment. I went to the Pilsen location for lunch and was very disturbed/disgusted at the findings there. Upon ordering our food, I noticed some small cups with liquid around the pizzas that were out behind the glass casing. I asked the cashier what that was , and was told they were cups of “oil” to capture the flies that flew around the pizzas. Yikes. So next, the drink dispenser . 8 drink options are visible, yet after the purchase, we were told only 2 were working. The lemonade and the fruit punch. Not only was the machine out of order, the but ice dispenser had BLACK MOLD accumulating on the outside ridges and the counter top where the machine is stationed is full of yellow crust. Also the bathroom was out of order. For a franchise that is well known, I was highly disappointed when I encountered this establishment. There should be no reason for that place to look so run down and in that condition. There was no one in there at the time meaning there is plenty of time to clean and fix the problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TNIS LOCATION AT ALL! Do better SLICE FACTORY. Dooo...

I got the pleasure of enjoying my pizza to the tinny sound of not just one but at a time two different employee's Netflix on blast from their cell phones. I mean if ya'll can afford to have this many employees sitting around, can we not hook them up with headphones? The restaurant was not playing music either, thankfully, I had my headphones with me, which helped but did not totally drown out the sounds of Young Sheldon coming from behind the counter.

One other thing that was off from an atmosphere perspective, a slice house with no salt, pepper, parm or crushed red shakers? I was able to get a parm and crushed red packet by asking one of the streamers behind the counter.

Here's the real deal about the pizza. Its an $8 slice, an insane price for a single slice of pizza. However it is large and thick, so it is a significant amount of food. The staff was very kind and polite and offered to cut it into squares, so it was actually two meals for me. I've had my share of thin NY style slices, this is good but the opposite of that. The crust is lovely, thick, the ingredients felt light and it wasn't greasy.

TL:DR Atmosphere could use some help, pizza would do again, its pretty spendy for what...

I am doordasher and this is one of the locations i had to pick up a delivery from. I get to the place and they haven't even started the order and tell me its going to be about a 15-20 minute wait because they have to make a the whole pizza still. When I come back in the second time i was told they were about to put the pizza in and I see one of the employees in the back just starting to put the sauce on, not even done preparing the pizza and was told it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. The 3rd time i go back inside the pizza still isn't ready and neither is the rest of the order. The manager told me it wasn't going to be no more than 10 minutes. About 20 minutes later I finally received the order and all they had to offer was a free slice when in reality they should have given the customer for the delivery a full refund. As far as this place goes i will never be taking another order for delivery or paying for any food for myself. I wasted almost an hour here because the employees were to busy talking with each other and messing around barely putting any kind of hustle into the orders. I wish negative stars were an option for this place because i definitely would have give a...

Edited to update:**Got home and ate the food I was able to get and it’s definitely not bad! Was also unaware they were closing at that time as website said open 24 hours I Not understanding how a place called “slice factory” has 0 slices of pizza available. Came here and 5 out of the 7 things I ordered (3 of them being pizza) we’re not available? I didn’t make special requests or anything if that sort- legit wanted wings and pizza lol it’s some mac n cheese bites to go. Had absolutely no pizza available, however I saw about 4 15” pizzas chillin on the side- “sorry those are slices for delivery orders” …. Oh my bad, I assumed I had somewhat of a priority actually coming to your business and paying/tipping..
