Placed an order online for the flbogo, walked into the store as the lady was making the sandwiches and asked if only the bread on 1 could be toasted. She started to explain that they were already toasted with the meat, etc and she'd get in trouble if making another sandwich. Allowing her to proceed, the cashier comes over and asks what the problem is, I repeat myself then ask if they can remove the top layer and I'd pay for extra. He cops an attitude saying they'll get into trouble, I say I'll just place another order and he can make that one. The smarta$$ grabs the receipt and shows the top of it, where there's a comment box. Told him that's great it's at the top of that receipt, where is it online. He had no clue. Big attitude, gave it right back to him then asked him to excuse himself from my conversation because I hadn't been talking to him. Finally gets to me I ask for flatbread and theyâre out. Then I settle for something else left my sandwich sitting there helping someone else and starting a new one then came back to me I said I wanted very little lettuce and he packs on a whole bunch. Then I proceed to tell him what I want I said ranch and Mayo and he just went to work on a different customer he came back to mine and was about to wrap it up I told him I wasnât finished then he put my other add ons then had someone else ring me out I was already upset at this point cause it took up my whole lunch for work. When I got to eat it HE NEVER PUT MY RANCH AND MAYO cause he was so worried about trying to finish the line.    Read moreThis Subway location has been one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had. For months, their bathroom has been out of order, forcing employees to go next door just to use the restroom. Thatâs unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
Even worse, the owner has shown extremely inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. Telling employees or customers not to speak Spanish and threatening to call immigration is racist, offensive, and absolutely unacceptable. No one should be treated that wayâespecially in a diverse city where people deserve respect regardless of their language or background.
Between the lack of basic facilities and the toxic, discriminatory environment created by the owner, I will never support this location again. I encourage others to think twice before giving them...
