Staff here are nice and welcomed. Pizza is great here were you can do 2 flavor in once large pizza. And we never get tired if their pizzookie as always out top favorite was macadamia. Parking here is big there is nothing to worry. And service here is fast compare to their branch located at city of industry.

We have been trying this place 2 times already. And all I can say the service is amazing, ofcourse the food is great but to top with a excellent service who would't want to go back here. Although I live at hacienda heights and there is a BJ restaurant next to us just 1 exit away, I'll rather drive to this place and eat here with a consecutive very good service we have experienced.

I am not sure how come this place was rated very low stars but sometimes you have to give it a try for you to find out right?. We have been addicted to BJ food this past months and have been visiting 3 to 4 times a month from l.a to city of industry to west covina. For the food they are all the same. But for the service the one at west covina was the best of all. Went here today which I guess we forgot that its holiday and the place was full packed. I was kind a worried at the beginning if the service of food will take long. But having our server like GENEVIEVE was totaly awesome, she very good thou we know shes busy for she was serving a birthday event next to our table and all tables was full left and right she managed to act quick and remember orders. Shes good on welcoming us too. My husband was amazed and says she nailed it very good.

I hope management will give credit to staff like her with super busy around you she managed it to give a very good service. For the management to know who was this person. It's Genevieve, she was our server around 9pm, and today's date was Nov. 12, 2018. I just felt writting her name so management can recognized her..... oh the pizzookie was really a killer makes...

edit: gave this place a chance Tuesday and they didn’t fail to disappoint. My steak was over cooked, wedge salad came without a steak knife and the server was bothered that I asked for one, and the worst part is the server gave my 7 year old the wrong order. By the time her food arrived it was time for pazzookies so of course she was more focused on treats than eating. How does a waitress with a pda get an order wrong? Table for 5 had a zero minute wait on Tuesday prime time and I totally understand why. Only reason I’m leaving this at 2 stars is because the rest of the family enjoyed their slop and well how can they ruin a pazookie.... it was divine. Thanks for carbing up my splendid night with no 14oz rare steak. If you think I’m unreasonable please review my other reviews I rarely give any business less than 4 stars. Their servers are consistently horrid and their food sucks unless you’re getting some mass cooked item from the back. Order a $25 steak which is the more expensive item on their menu and they fail to deliver. I’ve had better service at McDonald’s which sucks because I spend money and tip 25%-35% minimum. Your loss not mine, BJs.

Previous 3 star review: this place is hit or miss. their food quality and service suffers dramatically once the place is packed. I ordered a large cheese pizza with pepperoni and the cheese covered 1/2 of the pizza and the rest was crust and bread. we ordered two pizzookie and they were practically stale as if our waiter either left them out too long to cool, or they were not in the oven long enough.

we would have returned all three items if we felt our orders would have come back in a timely fashion. our waiter had other things on his mind vs saying hello, you're welcome, have a great day, adding coasters to our drinks, refilling our water, providing cheese and hot peppers sprinkles, or any of the normal things...

Where should i begin? discrimination ? lack of customer service ? i rarely post reviews but From the start to checking in for 3 people we were told it would be about a 20-30 min wait we agreed and sat down next to a couple who was also waiting , only for 2 minutes later this Caucasian couple with their son walk in for a table and the hostess says there is “NO WAIT take a seat where there’s open” us and this other couple looked at each other like did he really just say that right now in front of our faces ? We were so appalled . 20 minutes go by and we finally get seated & ordered drinks . Our first server Sydney was amazing she took our drink order and even offered us a beer sample and said they would be out with drinks and the sample. She brought our sample, our drinks and said someone would be switching out with her so she wouldn’t be serving us no more . we didn’t mind at all , Then a much older gentleman comes to ask if we liked our drinks we said yes and we agreed to get a beer from the sample we tried , the sample was WARM BEER . all we simply NICELY asked was for the beer to be cold when it comes out and he gave us the absolute dirtiest look and said do you even have your ID ? we said yes as if we don’t already look older with a CHILD next to us , gave him our Ids and he took off with it (never had that type of encounter before) , during this same time another server brought out his cold beer he asked for . He came back with the ids and said was that cold? VERY snarky , after he sipped it then out of nowhere snatched his beer from his HANDS & said sorry you’re not having this and laughed .
