Spend your money 💰 , somewhere else, where they appreciate customers. Horrible place, customer service is 0. Today for the first time I have decided to try this place and this is the last time. From the moment, we came inside, the employees behaved, that they are doing you a favor that they take your order and answer your questions. 15 minutes before closing, I had to go to the restroom, 6:45pm and guess what happened, the employe didn’t let me go because she claimed she already cleaned the restroom. No sign telling customers that restroom will be closed 15 minutes before store closing. When I asked to talk to the manager, she didn’t care that I have a medical condition and I had to go emergency to the restroom. When I asked to contact the owner, she said, the owner is in New York and I can’t give you their personal info, which I wanted their business contact info, not personal contact info. I had to run home to use the restroom and had issue after that. No sympathy and caring in this coffee shop. A message to owner: I’m spending a lot of $$ in coffee shops and restaurants, you lost paying customer and many other of my friends. Change your management and employees, horrible customer service. I just have to give a huge shoutout to Sariah, who always makes day run so much better! Every time I walk in, she greets me with such a warm and genuine smile that it instantly brightens my day. Sariah is also super efficient and knows how to handle even the busiest times with ease. She remembers the regulars and their favorite drinks, and I’ve honestly never had a bad cup from her. I’m always amazed at the accuracy of my orders. I love how she makes the whole experience feel more personal like asking questions about my day so far and if I have any fun plans. If you're ever in need of some good conversation along with your coffee, Sariah is a great person to chat with. When I go with my friends, after we leave, we start to rant to each other how genuine and kind she was. My friends and I absolutely adore her personality and especially her coffee! Super cute pink and green aesthetic with wicker furniture and tropical themed outdoor seating. Dog friendly, and all their utensils are eco-friendly. There's pop and R&B playing, and when I walked in, they were playing songs from Beyoncé's new album Renaissance— a true WeHo experience.

I got the Nutella croissant and matcha latte with oat milk, which paired well together. The Nutella croissant was like a gooey, messier pain au chocolat, so I got a huge glob of Nutella and not much else once I hit the middle— good if you love Nutella.

The reason for the -1 star is because there was a fly whizzing around in the pastry display case when I went to make my order. The cashier noticed when she picked out ny croissant and promptly got it out, but it was still a little off putting considering I didn't know how long the fly had been in there and if it had landed...
