Our very first visit to the Jacquemus boutique in West Hollywood was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Chloe. From the moment we walked in, Chloe delivered a true VIP experience for both Gabriel and Jessicaāmaking us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued.
Chloe exudes a rare blend of professionalism, warmth, and luxury retail expertise. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable without pretense, and completely in tune with our style and needs. Her energy was calm yet confident, elevating the entire shopping experience into something personal and unforgettable.
As first-time shoppers with the Jacquemus brand, we were blown away by the level of care and detail Chloe put into every step of our visit. She took time to explain the brandās vision, offered thoughtful styling advice, and created an environment that felt exclusive yet effortless.
Chloe is an absolute asset to Jacquemus and a standout in the world of luxury retail. Because of her, not only did we leave the store with beautiful piecesāwe left with a lasting impression. This was the kind of elevated experience that keeps customers...

Rebecca was the first to assist me, and what a difference it makes when someone is not only kind, but perceptive. I walked in thinking I would leave with a wedding suit⦠what I didnāt expect was to be offered options that I hadnāt considered and that, quite simply, I loved. She had that rare ability to listen and suggest without pressure, guiding the experience with calm confidence.
When I returned with my fiancĆ© a couple days later, she had already orchestrated everything seamlessly. That afternoon, Miki and Alberto received us with the same warmth, all of them smiling, attentive, and elegant without effort. Thereās something about the Jacquemus universe that makes you feel as though beauty is not only wearable, but also a mood, one of quiet joy and intention.
Needless to say, I would have happily walked out with the entire collection. The brand speaks for itself, but itās the people behind it who make it unforgettable....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited a Jacquemus store for the first time yesterday, as I was intrigued by the brand and had a question about the upcoming Nike shoe collab. Apparently, I walked into social hour and was mostly ignored. I'm not sure who was a worker and who was a friend or customer, but they were all sitting on the couch, discussing how happy they were that Charlie Kirk had died. Someone even said, "Good riddance" in reference to him. Politics aside, celebrating the murder (assassination) of someone is wild behavior, and to do so openly and passionately in a store is wildly inappropriate. I was pretty shocked by the convo tbh. I finally asked my question, and it seemed like the last thing the employee wanted to do was help me. The answer was short, and I felt like I was annoying him with my question. I felt extremely unwelcome. I would encourage the employees to save celebrating someones death for after hours and not in front of the customer you...
