This location has gotten progressively worse over the last few months or so. The brûlée latte was different every single time and it’s too hot to tell when you are there and don’t have time to turn around to get it remade. I’ve been ignored at the counter on a few occasions and in particular this lady had her head buried in her phone couldn’t even be bother to look so I stood there quietly for a few minutes just to see if she’d look up then had to set my keys down to get her attention. There are some good staff there but all in all the bad ones make it terrible for everyone. Upper management needs to go in there and start cracking down bc for what you pay for a drink there, you should be getting what you order…. Update tried again 2 more times and the girl gave me a free brownie told me if I didn’t want it to throw it at a homeless person! Really!? The last and final time is they’re out of vanilla so I went to Barnes and noble and they had plenty of vanilla even girl said they didn’t call her to borrow some. Read moreI love Starbucks I'm addicted to it I go everyday I either go to the South side one or to the water front one depending on where I'm at which one's closer and if one's out of what I order... The only reason I give them a four star instead of five it's because half of the time I'm not able to mobile order and that's frustrating because I have to wait in a line most of the time and also the drink that I get all the time is the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and it is made with dark caramel and other stuff as well but the homestead one makes it half the time wrong and uses just all regular caramel so it's like a caramel frap just with the crunchies on top and I've told them about this several times and it still hasn't been fixed for about a year now probably over a year other than that though their service is great they are very friendly just like every other Starbucks and anytime I have tried it because I try it now before I even leave and it's wrong I tell them how to fix it and they make it right and one time they even gave me a $4 off coupon for having to wait...
Read moreI stopped by this location right before closing time and placed an order. From the minute I placed it the one employee working made a comment about how close it was to closing time and how it made them mad. The other employee had a horrible attitude made a comment how she had nothing to make the drinks out and she wasn’t making a mess and made our drinks wrong as they were shaken drinks and she poured it all into the cup and never shook them so it never mixed. The whole time I was there they treated me like I was a huge inconvenience to them. I work in the service industry so I ignored their comments because when you are in the industry you tend to care less about their rude comments because it has happened several times to you. To be honest tho you never treat your customers like crap and If I was their boss I would write them up or they would no longer be employed because if they have treated one customer like that they sure have done it in the past to others.
