Dont go to this location! Slooooooow! Every time I go there is a problem. Usually chicken is not ready and they always ask you to pull to the side no matter what you order even if there is nobody behind you so that they can take even longer to finish. Really? I insisted on waiting by the window. They said it was to decrease their wait times. I told them to hurry. That will decrease their wait times.

I live nearby so after my initial review I gave them two more chances. Both times they had very limited choices of chicken and did not offer any alternatives. They just informed me. Worst experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurants! I waited over 45 minutes for 4 burgers, 3 chili cheese fries and a hot dog kids meal and when I finally got my food I was missing a burger and then when they made it they made it incorrectly and when I said just give me it the kid threw it in my bag and the majority of the workers were rude! Also after waiting 45+ minutes you would think I would have hot fresh food, but nope it was cold! I know that times are hard right now and people are short staffed, but they should've been upfront about it and not told me it would be 7 to 10 minutes and they shouldn't have been rude, if that were the case I wouldn't be giving a bad review because I understand things happen, but this was...

Ordered 1 meal going through the drive through. Was told that it would be a 10 minute wait for original chicken which i was fine with. 30 minutes later, still no food and 4 cars who arrived after me and ordered at least twice as much food as me have all come, gotten their food, and left. So i go inside and wait in line for another 15 minutes to tell them to give me my food or my money back so they gave me my food and the woman tells me "we included a cookie for your wait" because yes a cookie makes up for it taking almost an hour to get a single meal. But of course, after getting home, i find out that they messed the order up too. So i waited for 50 minutes to not even get what i asked for. Wont be going back there...
