Five Guys — Restaurant in West Jordan

I was initially surprised to see all employees file out of the back when I and another customer walked in simultaneously and NOT ONE WAS WEARING A MASK! Then when we ordered the cashier offered us a water cup while we wait. My son and I declined. She was surprised by our answer. Her surprise turned to sneakiness when she leaned over and offered my son a water cup and the option to fill it with anything he wanted. I reminded her we already said no. We sat down and another four people showed up at the same time for pickup orders. Each of them had to wait because none of the employees had started cooking until we sat down. When our order was called I asked and the employee told me the company no longer requires masks for employees. My disappointment deepened when I saw the portion size, what I thought was a fluke my last two visits, I now know is a consistent issue. I spent $13 on the equivalent of what used to be a large. The fries were incredibly soggy and so over seasoned, my family and I could barely eat them. We ended up throwing away half because they were so inedible. I can no longer recommend Five Guys. Covid aside. The food quality is no longer what...

Fabulous burger!! I mean, wow! I am floored at the quality of taste and texture of the burger. Full of flavor. There is no overpowering beef smell. It was perfect! I had grilled onions, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and ketchup on my cheese burger.

The fries I got a small, with Cajun seasoning. The heat hit me about halfway in, so I needed sauce. The special sauce was perfect for the fries, so I added some to the burger, and it blew my mind! The seasoning makes the fries perfect. If you ad sauce, it will dilute the taste but creates a whole new flavor! It was great switching back and forth from the flavors.

They have no bun options, and the staff treated me like I owned the place.

5 stars, fast, friendly, and super clean. Extra plus for having baby changing tables in their restrooms. I can't tell you how many restaurants make you change your baby on the floor or your lap. Well...

Went here cause I had a want for some good fries. Asked for "Extra Well Done" and the lady that took my order relayed it back to the cooks twice. Wow, I felt as when I got them, they were even more floppy and soft than usual. I had a couple crisp ones at top, but it seems like I got three different batches. I had to air fry these 3 times as some needed more than others. This is a joke! I regularly attend In-N-Out because of consistent quality on their burgers and Crown Burger for simply everything.. burgers, fries, awesome onion rings. To charge $6.99 for a large fry and do not even try to attempt to accommodate a simple request. Also as their fry sauce was out and I like my sauce man, I asked the guy for 6 fry sauces, he put three in the bag as I watched and had to ask again for more to reach a total of six. Yeah! I'm done with this place, my money is better spent...
