Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Very poor experience. All BWW locations have self seating at the bar. We did this and the manager brought us menus a few mins after sitting down, said it'd be 10 mins or so. Great. Waiter comes in about that amount of time, takes our order. About 40 mins later, ANOTHER wait staff comes with my fiance's order and our salad at the same time. No drinks. Another ten or so mins go by, drinks and silverware finally come. Another 15-20 mins pass and I FINALLY get my order, delivered by the manager. I informed the manager how long it'd been since we sat down to food and we didn't see our actual waiter in this time, etc. The manager basically blamed us, saying that BWW doesn't have self seating at the bar (no sign saying otherwise) and said we didn't sit in someone's section (tables all around us are filled...lies), and absolutely ignored the complaint about the poor service from the wait staff. Not coming here again.

And yes, management that will reply to this, I already filled out the feedback form you keep linking people to in your canned responses (while not fixing your staff/customer service issues).

Edit: Corporate replied to my message to them at the link that everyone is linked to by this location's management's canned replies. I got (on top of another BS canned reply) a WHOPPING 750 "blazin points" which equates to basically nothing but a "we really don't care and we're doing nothing to fix it." What a joke!

Gave this place a second chance after a horrible first experience. Lesson learned. Food is not bad but service is horrible. Carryout both times. First experience ordered online. Arrived 15 minutes after the order was to be ready. Stood for approximately 8 minutes without being acknowledged upon entering to pickup. After being acknowledged my order could not be found in the system even though I had confirmation texts and my bank account was charged. Was told I ordered from a different location. Showed proof of this not being the case. At this point we are a little over 20 minutes into the situation on my 30 minute lunch break. They can not refund the order because they can't find it. Won't give me cash or refund the card I used to pay. I am forced to accept a gift card for the exact total of what the charge was. No lunch. No sorry. Thanks for wasting your lunch break to come buy a gift card. Second visit. 6 months later come acrossed the gift card in my wallet. Figure I need to use this thing. Called in my order since my past experience with online ordering was a nightmare. Arrived 15 minutes after order ready time. I do this so I can grab and go on a 30 minute lunch break. Arrive and am not greeted for awhile so I walked to the bar to retrieve my order. 17 minutes later I'm finally walking out with my food. This was our anniversary night out. We chose BWW because that’s where we used to go when we were both in the army together. When we arrived the host put us at an awkward angled table that was partially in the walk way despite there only being two other seated families in that dining area. He threw the menus down on the table, I implore the owner/manager to review the cameras. After a few minutes our server walks buy and says she’ll be with us in a minute. She then proceeds to take two different tables orders and bring them drinks. She had been to the other tables twice now, and those tables already had drinks and appetizers prior to us arriving. Our server then walked buy us again without acknowledging us and went to the drink station. At this point we left. This was the second time being ignored and left out at this location. The last time we were here we got our food then never saw our server until we were done eating. It was real nice eating hot wings with nothing to drink. This was about 2 months ago and we decided to try them again today for our anniversary hoping it was just a one off. We had been hear many times, driving out of the way of the market st location for the superior service and quality of food.
