I never ordered any merchandise from them, however, there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card where somebody tried to order from direct macro and intercept the package as a porch thief. Eiman Butt Was amazing in working with me to get the package delivered and shipped back and re-credited. I even reached out to the CEO of the company who reached out back. These are amazing and honest people, and if this is how they treat people who are not customers, I can only imagine how well they treat their customers.
