Food is always really good. That being said I am totally changing my review of this Chili's location. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my whole long life. I have been coming here again for about a year and really enjoying the food, atmosphere and service. However, this evening I was so disappointed in the way I was treated that I don't know that I will be able to return to this location for a very long time. I ordered the same thing I have ordered for the last numerous months and my server acted like I was insulting him or something. I ordered a 3 for me with a specialty drink. So I asked for the fountain drink to go when I was ready to leave. Never been a problem before. I pay extra for my special drinks and then for my 3 for me meal. When I am ready to leave I get my fountain drink in a to go cup. Well, today before I even got my food my drink came in a to go cup... with ice not what I ordered. When I said I didn't want it yet you would have thought I ordered an execution of a serial murderer or something. I guess I am horrible because I didn't want my drink to sit and get watered down and ruined while I ate my food. Then I ordered the bottomless chips and salsa and they are supposed to come warm and they were ice cold. I didn't say a word about that but after I ate them I asked for some warm ones and got a batch... And I use that term loosely.... Because I got about 15 chips at most that were lukewarm at most with a half a cup of salsa. I didn't say a word about that either. In the first batch there was a couple of chips that looked like they were from someone's chips that didn't get eaten so they threw them on a tray and re- served them. They were torn and soggy and disgusting. I almost threw up but still didn't say anything. When my food came I asked for some condiments and you would have thought I was asking for someone to commit a crime because they acted like I was asking for them to do something unthinkable. All this time we had only seen our server when he brought our drinks. Someone else brought everything else. Finally our server came by and said ..is everything ok? I said well not really but we will be ok and he said well what's wrong? And I said nothing now we have everything now and he said well if there is a problem I want to fix it. I said no not now. Then in a couple of minutes he came by and threw water on the table and said they said you wanted water and stormed off. We didn't see him again until he brought us our check. Actually we didn't see anyone again untili finally I stood up and someone came over and asked if they could help. We said we needed a to go bag and our to go drink and to pay for our meal. The women took my card and said she would bring to go container when she came back after she took care of check. Well suffice it to say I didn't leave a tip. Well that's not true. I left my .2 worth. Now lets get to why this store location has me absolutely appalled. There is not a chance in hell that I will ever receive fresh/ hot fries from this location with any meal, at any time. Corporations this size should be bending over backwards to ensure freshness of every meal, its one of the many reasons that people pay 3 times over fast food!! THIS IS NOT ABOUT FRIES! Fries get cold everyone knows this. This is about overall food quality from this location. I know that your cooks are hardworking individuals making minimum wage in order to please a large surplus of customers. But please, please do better. When I take my family out to dinner and the total is 80$ before tip (Which you as a corporation should be rewarding your servers with a proper wage that truly reflects on their job performance and duties), I expect a perfect meal most of the time. With each shipment of product, quality can vary, this I fully understand. I also know that management of this location are underpaid corporate shields who do nothing but try to improve their store. But my message to you people is simple. Please stop ignoring the feedback from your guests, there is definitely people out there with a twisted mindset but it truly is getting out of hand. Please inform your management to start doing some of the grub work, (hinting the cleanliness of your kitchen)

Read moreFrom an observational view the last few times I've visited this location, it has progressively gotten worse. Chilli's use to be the place we'd go on our off days for comfort food. Unfortunately, we're having more and more bad experiences and have decided to take a break for a while. On one experience, my fiance got food poisoning and was up all night if you know what I mean. Then, our last two visits especially have been less then impressive. On one, we took some friends and their kids out. The staff seemed extremely lost, didn't even know the menu, had to run and ask multiple times about what was on specific meals. By the time we ordered we noticed they weren't very good at filling our drinks. Half the food came out eventually but by the time the rest of it came out half the table was done eating. By then we'd had to ask to get drinks refilled and had to remind staff that parts of our orders were missing. Honestly just a stressful experience. I hate having to ask for refills, and a friend of mine who was a waiter once told me if they don't fill my drink they don't deserve a tip. I'm not that bad. In fact I like to tip really good, sometimes 50% or more but they lose out on that when I'm not impressed. This last visit of mine is the first time in my life I've never tipped. I don't know if it's a management thing, assigning too many tables to one person or just laziness but I walked away stressed, angry, and extremely unimpressed. The waitress forgot we ordered an appetizer, by the time that came out our other food was ready, parts of our meal, that costed extra mind you, were missing. Drinks were not refilled, we had to ask 3 times for drinks to be refilled and finally after 35 minutes and 3 times asking they finally did just to get the drink wrong. It took that extra time as well to get our order right since parts were missing. We're not one to typically complain and we were nice to the staff, Honestly just disappointed that after a long day this was our experience when we wanted a calm, nice evening out to treat ourselves. Honestly, I'm really sad because what use to be our favorite place is now the place causing us the stress. We will be taking a break from Chilli's. I do hope they get better and that in the future maybe we can return to better service but improvements definitely...
