Worst sushi in Utah. Even if it was free I wouldn't eat it again. Old refrigerated rice, the bubble tea tasted like burned plastic, and the price was not worth trying to stomach the food hoping maybe the next Hite would be better. Forget authentic being an "issue", taste is critical to me and the only thing that was halfway decent was the Pho. But you can get better Pho at one of the other Pho places nearby for similar price. Will not be going back. I gave a two instead of a one because the Pho wasn't the worst. Just well over cooker cooked beef. I can eat most things, being a food enthusiast from seattle I've had questionable food and enjoyed as it was as it should be. Here, I wouldn't doubt if this place either gets shut down or closes up. Maybe their chicken teriyaki is good. But Pho and sushi is not. Plus, they charge 75 cents per refill of their small cups. Who charges for...
Read moreI went there to get a boba tea drink. I asked if they had honey milk boba tea and the cashier said “honeydew”? I asked one more time and he again didn’t seem to understand the difference between honeydew and just honey. So I just went with the honeydew even though I don’t like that flavor. The experience only got worse from there. Their boba tea is the most expensive I’ve ever bought. With tax, it was nearly 8 dollars. It also ended up being the lowest quality. They just make it in a regular plastic soda cup with a bunch of crushed ice on top, which meant that when you try to hunt for the boba pearls with the straw, you often get more ice than pearls. To top it all off, it seemed to quickly make my stomach feel sick. I felt completely fine when I arrive, but on the drive home, I started feeling the...
Read moreI was halfway through paying for my family's meal when I noticed how greasy the register was, while we waited for the meal I started noticing that the doors, windows, tables, floors, and walls have a filth patina on them, like a mechanics toolbox. The meal was much more than the menu said it would be (must be outdated) and it was quiet as the grave we were afraid to talk and break the silence. I figured the food must be good, I mean despite the lack of cleaning they're still in business, boy I was wrong the fried rice wasn't too bad but the orange chicken chow mein was pretty meh and it all was rubbery and had a weird texture that makes me think it was microwaved. I can get better microwavable oriental food from Sam's club for a fraction...
