Today is February 14th 2020 5 minutes before 9 p.m. I stopped to get a white guava tea I have experienced the most rudest experience with this location as I pulled up to order in the drive thru the speaker recording said they were closed to my knowledge this location closes at 9 not 855 as I am at the speaker after the voice recording that they have saying that it was closed a gentleman answer to take my order I am with my son in the vehicle and I have order my White tea I am asking my son if he would like something and another voice started asking anything else anything else anything else this time it was a girl as I finished I was driving up to the window they turn off all of the lights and when I am at the window to pay I apologized to the gentleman for getting there right before they closed he didn't answer anything I hand him a $20 bill they had already pulled out the drawer they have no change after a few minutes they give me back my money and gave me a free drink they did not charge me for it but as i am pulling away the rude girl that was there starts screaming get out I think that this location the manager needs to retrain her night staff I understand is Valentine's day and this girl might have a date or something but if she's going to have this attitude and if it was my restaurant I would have fired her already I do not recommend to stop at this...
Read morethis is the second time I visit this store and the store manager always treats me poorly through the drive through. His name is Joseph and he seems to always be in a bad mood. I’m a Starbucks partner at a different store and I’ve rarely been asked for my I.d when I use my partner numbers but I understand it is policy and does happen. I have gotten away with showing them my Starbucks app because my name matches the name given with my partner numbers.unfortunately my Colorado I.d app had signed me out so I wasn’t able to show him my I.d. Joseph though was very stubborn and said he had no other proof if that really was my real name so we proceeded to give him different partner number of the friend that was riding with me because he did have his I.d on him. It’s just very upsetting how rude he was to me I don’t understand why he puts himself on drive through when you’re supposed to make customer connections and greet people nicely. On top of that he did give us our drinks for free but I feel like he was just angry of how long we were sitting at the window that it might have messed up their drive times and probably wanted us out of there. Read moreOn March 22 2014 I ordered my usual caffeine filled strawberry frappe and it's been getting worse and worse at where I used to refer to as my "favorire" starbucks is now completely off my list for buying from now on. I posted photos of what they made that not only looks disgusting but made me sicker than a dog only 3 days before I have a surgery. I didn't want to spend my last days on my feet for 8 weeks SICK from a Starbucks. Anyone that's seen the photo of what they made has referred to it as gross looking and "yuck" ... I can't believe the downhill this place took. They've turned rude to customers, don't seem to practice hygiene habits, and now make drinks that make customers Ill and others just cringe by site of the drinks. Nomore. I'm done with this starbucks. There is always dunkin donuts or other mom...
