Starbucks — Restaurant in Westminster

I love, love, love this Starbucks! They always make my order exactly the way I want it. And if by chance for some reason they mess it up they will fix it perfectly. I recommend signing up for the Starbucks app, it's worth the time and effort in space on your phone.! LOL. Being a member of the Starbucks app I get a free drink or food item for my birthday, which is why I went the other day. They were extremely busy and I don't hold it against them, but for the first time ever they got my order wrong. Instead of going back through the drive-thru I went inside and told them about my order being incorrect. Instead of taking the drink back they said go ahead and keep it!? Which for me is the first out of any of the Starbucks, and I thought it was extremely kind and amazing, especially since I was able to give the drink to my daughter since it's one that she loves. Without question or hesitation they took my order again, and made it perfectly. So I was able to get my free birthday drink, and a second free drink since they messed it up the first time. :-) I highly recommend this Starbucks oh, and I mean it with every bit of myself. Even if they're busy they're kind, helpful, and like I said make your order perfect. if you're not in the area I recommend the drive because any other Starbucks I've been to always mess up my order and they're not very nice, and don't offer for me to keep the first order even though they messed it up. They always take it back and throw it away, which even if it was messed up as an order is such a waste. So for me instead of going to any other Starbucks even if I'm closer to it, take the time and make the drive to this Starbucks. Because like I said before the workers are extremely kind, extremely helpful, and they make the high cost of drinks extremely worth the price. And when you sign up for the app you get points / Stars which add up very fast and then you get free drinks or food items. Which considering the cost of their items helps make it extremely worth it. Because hey... Who doesn't love something free?! Especially when the item is expensive, there's nothing better than free! I swear there is never a good time to go to this Starbucks. 2pm, not that busy? They'll forget your drink and then be unapologetic about it. 8am in the morning? Do not know how to handle a rush, will leave your breakfast sandwiches sitting there because for some reason the person who made them cannot be the same person to actually call out the people whose food it is, half & half run out and there's not another person able to do refills which is absurd from my food service experience. If you order food, always check your order. I ordered through mobile this morning and along with my drink ordered their chorizo sandwich (which, again, I watched as my food sat because the employee that makes them brings them to the front for someone else to call out). Got my drink, mentioned my sandwich, barista hands me a sandwich. Drive the couple minutes to work only to realize it is the normal sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Drive back only to be told they were out of the chorizo sandwich and that because they cannot give refunds for mobile in store, I now need to call Starbucks. No one told me my sandwich of choice was out, they gave me a replacement without asking if I'd like to opt for another option. Went to Starbucks today around 2:30, ordered a venti coffee frapp and what i got was blended sweet cream. No coffee taste at all. I order this drink daily from another location and it has never disappointed. My friend ordered a hot venti Carmel macchiato she asked me to taste it and it is very bitter, no Carmel taste and and it seemed like they over compensated with the creamer for the burnt beans. We looked at the machine they were grinding the coffee from and the container that holds the espresso beans on top was almost completely empty. That explains the burnt bitter taste. My fiance on the other hand order a hot pumpkin spice and his tasted awesome! At least they can put out the seasonal flavor well but those of us who don't prefer pumpkin spice get the short end of the stick . Oh and don't let me forget how dirty the establishment was napkins and straw wrappers everywhere. When I got my frapp he didn't hand me a straw and I went looking for one they were out and when I asked for one he handed it to me and then went to his coworker and said something and they both looked at me. Then we sat at at the bar to drink our drinks and were asked if we got all of our orders or if we were just sitting there. I can't stand this place.
