Terrible experience. Picking up for ubereats...I got there inside in front of the pick up area, none of the servers even looked at me or asked who I'm here to pick up for. I was trying to be polite and wait to see if they'd say anything...nothing, not even a single eye contact. The ladies look like they hated their job or got that attitude like "I'm just doing My job, nothing else nothing more". So I asked," Hey do you guys have the order for ** ready yet?" She's like , no its not ready yet...so they've barely started making the order...and I saw them write my customers name on a paper bag, I waited like 25 minutes in front of the pick up area..no eye contact, no smile, nothing..I saw that they already made an order for my customer, but when they finished they never called me to recieve it or tell me its done, they just left it there, at the register not by the pick up area, so I don't know if the orders ready or not, again trying to be polite and wait for the call, since I've already requested it.. waited so Iong. I went to go ask again and they've had it completed, just did not even call me to get it. Again wasted almost 30 minutes there trying to pick up an order..so terrible customer service. I understand it's busy but they need help in serving customers better. They need to learn multi tasking skill. I would've appreciate it if that lady told me, hey your order is ready, it's over there on the 'other side' of that counter. Instead she just ignored me the whole time...I'm so dissatisfied with the overall pick up and customer service. Never going back there again. Looks like they hate their job, well the people working by the pick up area...owner needs to train them better.. please don't ignore your customers, no matter how busy you are. A simple can I help you, goes a long way. But nope they can't help me...and yes they hate...
Read moreI love Starbucks and love this location and the people that work there have always been great!! Until recently, I have always had great experiences at this location. Unfortunately, my last two trips resulted in only being able to drink 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. (Both times). The truth is that I am not one to complain, especially on forms such as this and during times like this when everyone is stretched so thin… Plus, I have a lot of respect and grace for folks who work in such a high pace, high pressure environment like a Starbucks location and I cannot imagine what sort of unkind customers they have to deal with on a daily basis! However, there is a problem when they’re going to act like getting 66% of the order correct is good enough and that they cannot be bothered to fix their mistakes. And then when asked to fix it put ABSOLUTELY zero effort. Not just once, but now two trips in a row. TRIP 1 - They forgot 1 of the 3 drinks. REMEDY: For between 5 and 10 minutes, I tried to get someone’s attention to assist. Ultimately, it became apparent nobody could be bothered to make the last drink. Ended up having to leave with only 2 of the 3 drinks. TRIP 2 - 1 of the 3 drinks was a Nitro Brew With Sweet Vanilla Cream. From the start it was clear something was wrong with the Nitro Brew. (Appeared completely flat with no bubbles) Further, In a drink with only two ingredients, they forgot half the ingredients. (Forgot: Vanilla Sweet Cream) REMEDY: The fact something was blatantly wrong with the Nitro Brew itself was completely ignored and proceeded to add the smallest splash (splash is an over statement) of cream (not the right ingredient) to a cup that was already full. Needless to say, that was a failure. The other two drinks where great! If I could I would give it a strong...
Read moreI am a frequent Starbucks customer and this is the location that I always go to since it’s close to home. I get Starbucks around 4-5 times a week! The service and drinks are phenomenal on the weekdays! Even when there is a huge drive-thru line wrapped around the parking lot in the morning, your average wait time is only 10-15 min. Their weekday team is efficient and accurate. When I hear Jessica, a barista, over the mic in the drive thru, I just know I’m going to have a great experience!
I can’t say the same about the weekends, which is the reason for two deducted stars. Recently my visits on the weekend have been a 30+ minute wait for a coffee. I don’t know what changed or what new staff they may have, but every single time I get coffee here on the weekends, without failure it is a 30+ minute wait. One encounter was a 40 minute wait! There’s also no way to exit the line in the drive-thru so I was forced to wait. I can only recommend coming to this Starbucks on the weekdays.
Update Edit: 11/12/22 at 11:30am. Bumping it down to 1 star. Drive thru had 6-7 cars ahead of me and it took 40 minutes. On a weekday this would’ve only been 10-15 minutes. I guess you have to keep the good crew on the weekdays happy and give them the weekends off. To the owner: STOP telling us to leave you feedback on a link. The feedback is here and you’re not reading it...
