I will never eat at any arbys ever again! And here's why. 1 month ago I was a regular customer at this location, these are the events within the last two weeks. Two weeks ago the lady who was processing my transaction messed up and I got charged for the transaction, then she tried to fix it and charged my account again! She apologized and assured me that my card would be re-creddited, and I believed her, because I assumed that people in customer service would care about their regulars. Two weeks later and I have yet to be re credited.
Now today, I begin my hour long lunch break at 4:15 and I drive 2 minutes to arbys to get lunch as I regularly do, I drive up to the line and wait, and when its my turn I place my order, one jalapeño bacon chicken wrap with no tomato as a meal with a medium sprite. I get to the window, pay, and recieve my food all without issue and I drive the 2 minutes back to my work parking lot where I go to unwrap and consume my food, and there's tomato. I am allergic to tomato, hence me ordering with no tomato. So I drive back the two minutes, drive upto the line and wait, and when its my turn I tell them about my issue and they tell me to "pull up to the window", and I do, and when i get their I have a brief conversation with whom I assume to be the manager on staff( a rounder guy maybe in his late thirties with a large wart on the knuckle of his middle finger on his right hand) I explain that someone must have misunderstood and tried to hand back the mistaken order to which the guy who had took my money responded " we can't take the food back" and to "pull around the corner to the entrance of the lobby and I will run out your corrected order". I pull around to the front of the building and I wait, I check the time and its already 4:45. The larger fellow walks out bag in hand and hands it to me threw my window and returns to his post. Not wanting to repeat the situation I check my food, and alas... there is tomatoes yet again. So I get in line and when it is my turn now relatively upset I say "hey, me again, I don't understand whats so hard about no tomatos" and I am responded to with a dull sigh followed with " pull back around" . So I pull back around, and I sit and wait, and wait... and wait and it is now 5:05 and I am livid! So sick of waiting as I presume they forgot, I get in line, and I wait, and when it is my turn I say "hey! I have been waiting out here for 15 minutes for my food! Which to remind you was wrong not once but twice!" And the guy on the other end is silent for 30 seconds and I say "hello? Anybody there?" And I get I very aggressive " pull forward to the window, please!".
Now this part is where it takes the cake and people are awarded csr of the year. I pull to the window, its the guy who took my payment(slightly darker skin with brown hair with the tips dyed blonde). He says to me " can I have the food" not asks, but says it as a demand. So I begin to hand him the food and I say "I thought you guys weren't allowed to take the food back?" And he snatches the 2 botched orders and as the window is closing he mutters "just give me the f*cking food". Now up to this point I've made up my mind, I am going to talk to corporate. When he returns he hands me a bag of food I take it and before he can close the window I say "one more thing before you go" I reach over grab my pen and my note book and I say " I would like your name and the stores corporate number so I can tell them about this. also I would like to speak to your manager on staff. He freezes for a moment before I hear the larger man tell him to lie from the other room. And he quickly says "Brandon". I write it down and he goes to close the window again before I tell him that I need his supervisor "I dont have a supervisor" he says "well then I need your manager" "I don't have a manager" "yes, you do, who is here to close the restaurant tonight with the keys to do so" "i don't know" "go find out and send them back." And I wait, until the larger man with the wart opens the window -end of part one due to...
Read moreIt's literally the worst Arby's. The cook wasn't making sandwiches. She wandering the kitchen talking to people. There were 3 people waiting for food including me in the dinning room. We were all apologized to several times about her not doing her job. The 2 people ahead of me were there before I was and one person only ordered one sandwich. Which the cook started to make after I placed my order, she grabbed a fist full of meat, answered the phone, tossed three pieces of cheese on it, put it in the microwave... Walked away. That's where it sat for 2 minutes before she came back tried to put it in it's wrapping while dropping and shoving the meat back in. She did exactly the same thing with my order except for the phone part. It took 10 minutes for me to get my food which was a beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. By the time I got my stuff the mozzarella sticks we're cold because they had been sitting she my order was put through. the roast beef at any other Arby's is cut see through thin. Here it was thick and gross looking the edges looked greenish grey. So basically I ate the mozzarella sticks and threw the sandwich away. This isn't the first time this Arby's has been horrible but I went there because it was close to work and I had limited time. I told people at work about it when I got back and they all shared similar experiences. Basically never go to this Arby's. Just go to Waterford, Union Lake, or Hartland...
Read moreI don’t often leave bad reviews, but this was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant in my life.
My wife and I ordered online ahead of time - 1 Reuben, 1 Lg Fry, 1 Beef & Cheddar meal
After standing in the lobby waiting 20 minutes for our “fast” food that we ordered ahead of time, she (I’m assuming the “Manager”) apologizes for the wait and gives us our drink. Mind you, there were only 2 other people dining in and maybe a few cars in the drive-thru.
Another 10 minutes go by and my wife is standing at the counter. She (the “manager”) comes up to my wife and asks what the name on the order is and my wife tells her our name. She actually had our order in her hand at this time and hands it to my wife.
My wife proceeds to tell her that this was the worst experience at any Arby’s she’s ever had. Barely before my wife could finish, the manager tells my wife to “have a great night” with one of the most sarcastic tones I’ve ever heard.
My wife brings our food back to our table and tells me we aren’t dining in anymore. We grab our things and proceed to leave - not before the “manager” gave us one last word.
Get this, SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL US WE’RE NO LONGER WELCOME THERE!
Trust me we won’t be, and have already left corporate complaints prior to leaving...
