2nd Update- After more than a month, I have yet to receive my refund. It’s very obvious that they have no intention of returning my money. They refuse to return my calls and do not respond to messages. Everything about my experience screams “bad business”.
Update- I am still waiting for my refund. It’s been 10 days since I was told I would receive one and it is exactly 2 weeks ago today that I did not receive what I paid for.
I love supporting local businesses but I doubt I will ever support this one again, unfortunately. I ordered and paid for a cheesecake to be picked up last Saturday afternoon. The doors were locked and the place closed when they were supposed to be open. I left 2 messages because no one answered their phones. No one returned my call until yesterday, Tuesday. I got a “let me start off by apologizing, but”……… I was not expecting a but. End of the world? Of course not. Trying to place some of the blame on...

Instead, we found a mostly empty display case with a few lonely slices already boxed up like they were halfway out the door. No vibe, no buzz, no cheesecake glory. Just some pre-packed slices waiting for adoption.
When I asked if they had coffee, the answer was a hard no. Now look, I don’t care what planet you're from—cheesecake without coffee is a dessert felony. I should not have to bring my own thermos just to complete the experience.
Bottom line: if you’re hoping for a cozy spot to sit down, sip some coffee, and indulge in a decadent slice of something freshly made with flair, keep looking. This one felt more like a cold handoff than a...
