Mack's Pizza — Restaurant in Wildwood

We went today with 2 kids, and 2 adults and were told to sit in a booth, which we did. But at over 6 months pregnant it was very difficult & uncomfortable to sit there. We told the waitress we'd prefer the open table with chairs in the back and she told us to go ahead and move over to it. As we did so, a group with 3 seniors and 2 young adults came in and started complaining that they wanted our table. They whined to multiple workers who eventually sent our waitress over to tell us to move from the table and back to the booth, since these random people didn't want to sit in back to back booths. We said no bc clearly I'm pregnant and unable to fit comfortably... So we'd just cancel our order (whole pie & 4 drinks, not like we weren't ordering) if that's what they wanted. She refused to cancel our order and went back to her coworkers. All the while the group of 5 adults sat there talking crap until the workers came over & APOLOGIZED TO THEM and moved them over to another table. Pretty crazy to cater to the group of inconsiderate entitled adults instead of the family of 4 with a pregnant belly that couldn't fit in a booth. We never once felt entitled which is why we asked permission to move to the table. I have always been a Mack's pizza girl over Sam's pizza ... Until tonight. Went here with my 2 kids and husband after the beach for dinner. The person who was bringing us to our seat barely told us where to sit when she started talking and directing the people behind us. She was very annoyed when I asked her where we were sitting. The waitress greeted us with a smile and was very sweet. She even cut the pizza up in smaller pieces for my 3 year old. My son loved being able to eat and watch the pizza being made. We also watched a man blow his nose at the pizza oven and then turn around and put toppings on a pizza without washing his hands and with no gloves. It was GROSS. As the place started to get busier the waitress stood by our table watching us. It felt a little uncomfortable as if we were being rushed out. She came up to our table to ask if we needed a box while we were still eating. My 5 year old was taking his time eating and you can tell the staff wanted us out to seat the next group. I don't love the idea of paying as soon as we ordered because when you decide you want another drink it's another payment but to be honest that's was the least of my concerns during this FINAL...

Poor customer service. Poor upkeep of the hygiene of the location. Incredibly disappointed. Called to order ahead , didn’t have my toppings of choice, we chose other toppings. Went for pick up, cash only, not everyone carries cash, inconvenience. Asked if we could sit inside with our family even though we had carry out. We were told yes twice. I went to sit our party of 8 at a table, and the waitress stops us and said no you can’t sit here you ordered out, this is wait serve only. I understood her point, but why would the cashier ok us sitting to eat inside at the table, and another staff member say the complete opposite? We ordered more since we were sitting down and the staff member was making a problem about us sitting to eat. Their bathrooms were filthy. Their pizza was not great for the money we spent on it. I observed a staff member standing on the opposite side of the case reaching over to play with the cheese that goes on the pizza . If you’re not handling the food to prepare the pizza, don’t touch it, that’s food not a toy to play with. Had to ask for plates at the table, waitress just placed the pizza at the table and...
