Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

I went yesterday with my girlfriend, she just had surgery and was feeling blue, decided a little walk in the mall might be good. Walked in and instantly smelled auntie Anne’s. The first thing that smelled good and seemed appetizing since surgery Thursday. There was no line, so I go to the counter and wait patiently to be served. Meanwhile, one gentleman has a bowl in his hand and says I will be right with. He turns around and continues fumbling with the bowl as he talks to another employee who has her back turned towards the counter. They chit chat for another minute or two. I’m growing impatient, but waiting patiently. Little bit later a third employee comes out of the back, makes eye contact and goes to the other side of counter and fumbles with other stuff. After about 5-10 minutes of waiting , I told my girlfriend we will go somewhere else that they dont need our business. Will never go back to this location again! Do better...

This was by far the worst experience I've ever seen. We waited 30 minutes for three pretzels. There were 6 staff and a line wrapping around the food court. 2 people were working. People left the line because they were frustrated and we were ready to ask our money back.

The one woman, who I'm assuming is the manager, decided it would be a good idea to yell at her staff for 15 minutes and not do anything else to help with how busy it was. Immediately before that, she was going on about how she paid her car and her college with her paycheck there. So not only was she completely unprofessional, but she took down the team morale, and did absolutely nothing to alleviate how busy it was.
