This place is down right horrible! I got my engagement ring in December 2017. Here I am in April 2018. My diamond fell out twice! They have a line of excuses and I swear they memorize them. One excuse was they probably didn’t tighten the prongs. I was like okay sent the ring out told the sales out on the ticket to reinforce the prongs so it does happen again. So that was down in February got my ring back in March. Well April comes I thought another diamond fell out it was super small. Turns out it was an imperfection and needed to be clean. So they put it in the machine. Guess what the same diamond falls out again!!!!! I am now boiling pissed. So the manager says we will put a rush on this. The manager said that sometimes the viberatation from he machine the diamonds fall out. Now remember they we’re suppose to reinforce my prongs from the first time.. They offer us a replacement ring. I want the one he proposed with not a replace ring! He didn’t spend all that money just to have to replaced in 5 months. So my ring was sent out again on the April 15th and was promised it would rushed! Today was the day I was suppose to get my ring back! Guess who doesn’t have it and they don’t have a update. Yup me I still don’t have my ring! I think I have worn it maybe a month and half total in the 5 months I been engaged! Do not buy from here go else where!!!! May I add their customer service sucks! People there are nice but I got engaged back in April 2021 a tiny diamond fell out in May. We waited a bit to go get it fixed because I love my ring and didnt want to be a part from it yet. Took it back eventually to be fixed and cleaned. Got it back then 2 weeks later 3 DIAMONDS FELL OUT. Took a full month to get my ring back this time. Now theyre saying if it happens again theyll just give my Fiancé a refund. I want MY ring, the one given to me. I shouldnt have to keep it locked up or worry about wearing it. Edit 2 days after this was posted my big diamond fell out. Luckily they were able to find an exact replica of my ring from another store. They believe it was a faulty ring they originally gave me. I've bought way too much jewelry here and I am continually disappointed. Bracelets, necklaces, engagement rings, etc... And every single peice of jewelry I've bought has had diamonds fall out. Luckily they have a good warranty and fix it, but pretty much everything they sell here is junk. You would think they would save money by not having to replace diamonds constantly. I will never go back. Tired of having stuff fixed and replaced. Now today to top it off my wife went to pick up her ring ... We live an hour away... And they closed a half hour early.
