Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

Every once in a while we get hungry for Domino’s. Tonight we ordered from this location after rudely being told by a worker at the location on Wilkes Barre Blvd, that they no longer delivered to my area. The gentleman who took my order was courteous and helpful in explaining to me that the routes have changed for some stores and now I should be using their location. He apologized for the experience I had with the other store and I thanked him for being so helpful. He told me that they were extra busy and my order may take 45 mins to an hour. I told him that was totally fine. We put together a cash tip and a bag of Halloween candy for the delivery person, and to our surprise, the order was delivered in 40 mins, piping hot and by the man I spoke to on the phone. Oh, and did I mention it was pouring down rain?? Great customer service!! Thank you so much Kidder...

Okay three stars for this location because not only do they always forget something wether it being a sauce,dressing or a old pizza they did not cut but the customer service ain’t so nice when you call for what you paid for …does not make you want to order after the quality anymore but unfortunately we live in a area where this is the only place open late so if you can drive to another one I suggest you do. Update Jan 5 2023 , they doubled charged my credit card and didn’t see the refund not 5 to 7 days but 2 weeks later , I will never again order paypal. A day later they posted adds for electric cars , don’t tell me it was some mistake with a second transaction number. UPDATE "24" pizza mehh but what grinds my gears is forgetting sauces WE PAY FOR!!! Also where are my 15 emergency pizzas for all my orders , I'll be happy with the one...

It's Dominos, so there's not going to be anything amazing. They have improved over the past few years, but still, orders wrong almost every time, or missing parts, or squished pizza boxes, gets frustrating to deal with. Even with the new thing where you will get a free pizza on your next order, it would be nice for at least half the time to get a decent meal. I regularly order pasta with tomato sauce and cheese, but the last few times, some genius puts the cheese on the pasta, THEN the sauce, then bakes it, so when you open it, there's a lot of sauce, covering hardened cheese, covering dry baked pasta noodles. The pizzas are almost always squished, putting most of the cheese on the lid, because they spend the extra couple pennies to use those triangle things that hold the lid up.
