If I could give a zero I would!! We had a group of 9 tonight, they slid 2 very different hight tables together and we waited almost 20mins to have our drink orders taken even though there were only three tables taken 2 already eating and 1 couple who sat right before us. I ordered a ice tea when it came there was no sugar so I waited, as our friends got their drinks one of my friends drink had 2 flies in it when we brought it to their attention they took it away and brought back what looked like a new drink but low and behold there was another fly at the bottom!! When they finally brought me the sugar and I added it to my drink I noticed black stuff in the bottom when I took it out it was mold! I ordered a bottled tea. I wanted to walk out before the food even got there but other than my one friend and me everyone else was content with their drinks little did I know it would have saved me a trip to the dentist. When the food came out I ordered a birra combo plate the rice and beans had no flavor the onions were old with wilted lettuce in the cilantro and what tasted like and had the consistency of spreadable cheese on the tacos. The tacos layed on a bed of wilted shredded lettuce. I ate 1 1/2 before biting a bone peice in my birra taco that chipped my tooth and made my tooth loose! My friend ordered a burrito that did not have rice listed in the ingredients and said no rice the burrito and plate had rice! Needless to say 3 of us left with barely touching our food and drinks while the other 6 were highly disappointed in the flavor of the food and we all still had to pay full price and reciepts were not itemized so no idea if they over charged! Absolutely disgusting!! Will never return and hope people read reviews...

BEWARE! FAR from authentic Mexican food & the quality was HORRIBLE! Beans were watery without flavor; guacamole cut with sour cream was bland/tasteless; chips were stale & burnt - definitely the worst we’ve ever had; low-quality, bagged shredded cheese; grilled chicken had some reddish packet seasoning & tasted “rubbery”; rice overcooked & burnt; flour tortillas were straight off the store shelf & cold (Mission?); and the “authentic” tacos were in-store bought hard shells...excuse me, they don’t use hard shells in Mexico! The salsa was the only item that was reasonably OK. 1000s of Mexican grandmas are giving this place a big thumbs down!

Truly this was an embarrassing Mexican food offering at any level especially since the owners are from Jalisco where people pride themselves in the quality & authenticity of their food. First big clue is when you don’t see any Mexicans seated at any of the tables & it’s not a high end place...in Arizona! Not sure how there are any reviews above 3 stars. Overall terrible experience & very disappointed. Si se puede! Stop cutting corners & serving junk! Where is the health department!?

Do yourself a HUGE favor and try another place or cuisine if this is the best Williams can offer. At this point, just praying we don’t get food poisoning before...

What a great find! The food is delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere is festive and inviting. Don't be fooled by the pictures, there are fountain drinks available. The woman who runs this restaurant is friendly and accomodating, and she's wonderful with kids! She truly turned a very hectic day of travel around for us, and made this a relaxing dining experience. The menu is expansive, and she is quick to answer questions and give you whatever you want. The chips and salsa are delicious and fresh, and she happily brought goldfish crackers to my toddler without being asked. Even just the normal combo meals come with generous amounts of homemade guacamole and sour cream, unlike most restaurants where it would cost extra. She also stayed open late just for us, and made my kids ice cream sundaes. We didn't want to keep her late, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and never rushed us. The prices are more than reasonable, and the portions are generous. The piña colada with strawberry was delicious! If we are ever in Williams again, this restaurant is at the top of my list. The Chile relenno alone is almost worth a 6 hour...

Even though the place was almost empty, no social distancing was practiced, we actually had to move our table away from others by our selves. The place is very authentic, feels like Mexico, right down to the flys buzzing in the windows. Great atmosphere but that's where it ends. The sauces were wonderful I have to say, it could have been a wonderful experience if the recipes were completed. The Chile Relleno wasn't dipped, there was so little cheese inside, when I cut it my first bite was dry. The two enchiladas were just as bad, the sauce was great but there was little or no cheese inside, it was a tortilla rolled sauce and then rolled up laying deflated in the plate, the beans were tasty but loose and liquid. The rice was tasteless. On the upside the chips were homemade and very good, the salsa was great too. It has the makings of a great little place if it had a real cook. If the poblano had been stuffed correctly and the enchiladas filled with cheese and properly prepared, it could have been great. Overall I was very disappointed. We won't be back.

We stayed the night in Williams and asked our hotel staff what they recommended for Mexican food. Fiesta Grill was available for dine in or carry-out. We decided to eat there. It had a bunch of cute decorations inside. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The chips and salsa were tasty. We ordered 3 meals, which were between $10-$15 each. They have fountain drinks, some Mexican sodas in bottles, beer, and a few mixed drinks like margaritas. Most combo plates are served with beans and rice. We liked the #10 combo with a grilled steak the best. The server also suggested that the fajitas were really good-next time. The only thing that I was really disappointed with were the crunchy taco shells. They seemed like packaged shells, instead of being fried in the kitchen. I think that I would have enjoyed soft tacos more.

Came to Williams to enjoy the weekend. It was so cold and it's cute small town with a lot of tourist shops and food places. We decided to stop at Fiesta Mexican Grill because it SMELLED amazing! It also had the whole menu plastered on the windows so it was easy to see what we want to eat and see the prices. Once we got inside and sat a table it was nice and cozy. We were served chips and salsa and received our drinks. Try the horchata (homemade)! I got the chicken enchiladas and it was filling. As you see in the picture, my friend got the "super" burrito! It's big enough to literally feed 4 people. I would definitely stop by for some food next time I'm in Williams.
