The woman that was running counter was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I took my grandkids in to look for a souvenir. They didn't see anything but were thirsty and asked if they could get a cold drink from the old time coke machine. They were bottle type where you needed a bottle opener. There wasn't anyone at counter but there was a woman and man in store so I thought they worked there. There was a bell sitting on counter that said ring for help. The woman said" there's the bell" soo we rang the bell thinking she was just being "Friendly" ends up she was a customer too. This woman comes out from the back and she was mad grabbed the bell and totally had an attitude. I'm thinking why would you you put a sign and a bell out if you didn't want it rung? So I bought 2 bottles of pop finished transaction . Which with her attitude already should have walked out. So I'm looking for bottle opener and she proceeds to say they don't have one. But they sell them as souvenir. I said"why would you sell drinks that a person can't open it's hot out and we need a drink if I would have known that I wouldn't buy them . I started to use the bottle opener for sale and she said you can't use that! The other couple in there said to us we should get our money back. She said you can't And they couldn't believe how rude she was too.. We love to go to William's but we will not go to this store ever. They need to fire her she is not a...
Read moreThe first time I walked into this store I instantly lost my faith in humanity, learning about how apparently a bunch of people tried eating a fake hamburger that was left out as decoration. I came back the next day though and met a really nice worker, Angie M. she was genuinely really nice and sweet and although she tried to call security on me, it was really cool getting to meet her and part of my faith in humanity was restored. I kept coming back the next few days and I donât regret it at all. This store is absolutely amazing ^^ if I could stop by every day I...
Read moreWe came to the store a day before and my daughter fell in love with the ring but I told her to wait until we were leaving town before we bought it. He went above and beyond to help make a nine year old happy and we are so thankful for his amazing service. We think his name was Paul but weâre not sure but kudos to the man working on 3/28...
