Thunder Eagle — Local services in Williams

I went in on a visit while on vaca. The older "gentleman " was helpful and worked with me to get a special rate as a reseller. Everything was wonderful until check out. I thought he said he would extend the discount being offered to me to a stack of rings in trays. If I chose 3. I looked and chose 3 and when he did the total I realized it was not the extended doscou t was a much less discount. I apologized and said I could not take the 3 items last chos3n. He was VERY upset and chastised me for thinking he would give such a deal. I apologize repeatedly and the he asked for items back and said he was not going to sell to me. I said I apologized and meant nodisrepect. My husband stepped in and said I had just misunderstood him. So I said fine gave the items back and asked for my refunded payment receipt. He then switched and told me to just take another ring if choice free and be even so he didnt have to alter the return. I just took a ring left. I was humiliated and then as I thought about it became angry. I spent over $600 to be treated so poorly. I don't know other stores in this company but the older man working evening on 1 /29/25 was extremely rude. Was an awful experience in our first vaca in 38 yrs. I'm so angry at myself for completing the purchase...should gave walked out...was t worth...

Williams is a wonderful place to stop & visit. From stores, ziplines and museums, to good eating. However, if you're looking for the finer side of Williams, Thunder Eagle is your place. Many Native artists & other folk sell their fine jewelry through Thunder Eagle. From genuine Amber, to Topaz, Black Onyx & more. They have simple to sophisticated & something for almost every budget. I was super happy with the large, richly colored Amber pendant I purchased last year. I ran some tests at home & can assure you, it was the real deal. As a mineral fanatic, I would never tolerate being sold junk or lies. I greatly look forward to going...
