Jenesis was very welcoming, the whole place would be much nicer with her as the manager. The one they got now is mean, quick to judge, and unprofessional.

Google decides who is a “tour guide” and who isn’t . This is a lie, to suggest it is a claim that I made. You pretending (or genuinely) like you didn’t know that… IS hilarious. Your response is interesting because you did not deny the accusations. Furthermore you then lied (which is defamation), about selling trinkets in your parking lot. I was not , and did not sell anything in your parking lot. Hopefully you are prepared to prove the very public claims you are making. You obviously have your nose in the air , in judgement. I had sold over $5,000 in opals that day out of my van. All that happened on Main Street or Route 66. 2 blocks away from your parking lot. You intentionally conflated what I did, to suite your false narrative, classic narcissistic behavior.
Having been the co-discoverer of a new Yavapai County Opal (Gail Heathanite), many people were excited to have me in your small town. It is disappointing to encounter such judgement and hate coming from your institution… not to mention the lies. You know damned well you were rude, hateful and judgmental. Your response is a lie. You pretend to be better than other humans, but you are not. If anything you are the worst example of humanity. Your hatred and judgement speaks more about you, than the people you have to lie about, to try and make it seam like your the good guy. I will never dress like your fake aszzs, will never be seen in a useless pavement princess, like the people you idolize. The hundreds of millions I’ve made will not be used to bring people down, the way you do with the measly thousands that you control. I’m willing to stand for what I believe in. Unlike the drunken racist haters you can get to gather round your wine bar and lie about doing a gosh darn thing!-$ Sleep well tonight, knowing that you can’t do a single thing about it!-) (because the damage you’ve done, is...
Read moreWe have visited the Visitor Center a few times during our most recent 10-day stay in the William's area. The staff has been very gracious and friendly while helping us with answers to our question. We received great information about the Grand Canyon Railway costs and times, including what discounts were available. They even offered to help us obtain tickets right there, without needing to go over to the train station. The staff also helped identify events and activities taking place in town for the July 4th holiday celebration. It was wonderful to have a small-town experience with all the events that were planned. Great "home town" feel and atmosphere. We love coming to the Williams area, and even received great recommendations for good dining options as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. It seems there is no end to the help and advice that the Visitor Center is able to help us with. They even helped us find a laundromat during a previous visit to town. We are starting to know the area almost as well as the local residents. And if there is something we still have questions about, we know where to go to get the...

Souvenirs are themed around the Grand Canyon, historic Route 66, Williams Arizona, and Smokey Bear.
Information regarding the trains are on a big board behind the counter and you are able to buy passes to access Grand Canyon National Park from here.
There's a little museum of sorts on one side that has a bunch of older stuff about Smokey Bear. Across from it, there is stuff regarding the town of Williams and Route 66.
The gift shop contains all the stuff you'd expect from a souvenir store: magnets, postcards, keychains, shirts, signs, coins, and even a Route 66 themed Monopoly game (which was reasonably priced I'd...
