Jamba — Restaurant in Wilsonville

The employee in-training who helped us was very nice and sweet. Obviously because she was in training she wasn't able to answer all our questions immediately but they wasn't a problem or the reason for the 3 star review. My complaint is with what my girlfriend and I got. I got a razzmatazz but there is no way to get it without milk. Seems like it should be possible to simply substitute soy since they stock that. My girlfriend got a protein berry workout drink. It was the most bland tasteless thing ever. It tasted like frozen whey with just enough seeds to get stuck in your teeth. She ended up throwing it away. We both at least got a laugh because the sign in the store said "eating healthy shouldn't be hard, it should be a pleasure" which was literally so ironically opposite. Don’t get me wrong this location is usually really great. However, I made the decision to order for delivery through the Jamba Juice app and let me tell you NEVER AGAIN. I ordered around 7:20pm and it said it would be delivered around 8:45pm, okay fine. So I waited and waited and the order never came. I called the store at 9pm when the lady answered she said your order has already been picked up and we’re closed now. Okay fine, so I waited. It NEVER came. I went online and got in contact with the area/district manager who said she didn’t know what happened to my order but that she would issue me a refund and to let her know if I don’t receive it within the week. It’s now a week and a half later and I’ve emailed and gotten no response and I didn’t receive a refund or my order. It’s $15 but I mean really? How hard is it to fix this and make the moment right for...

Closed at 8 on Friday, even though sign says 9. I received a delivery order before 8 (which should have been over an hour before they closed), and when I arrived at 758, the employees had locked the door, and were getting ready to leave. They told me I had to cancel the order from my end, which was a blatant lie to keep from having to both log back into their system, and have it count against their stats with uber and put it on me, the driver, instead. Luckily, uber knows this trick and was able to notate in their system.

The kids were nice, which is why they got 2 instead of one, but as a delivery driver, this kind of poor practice costs me a lot of money, both in the order/tips and gas spent to show up to the restaurant only to have it closed.
