Wendy's — Restaurant in Wilsonville

My name is Eric Kalik and I want to pass along my experience from your store tuesday night at 5:00 PM.

I placed my order in the drive through and when I got to the window to pay I asked the girl that took my payment to please make sure that my order was correct as my previous order was incorrect and I was not wanting spicy chicken nuggets as that is not what I ordered and they made my wife ill just a few days earlier. Her response was you got spicy nuggets because that is what you ordered. "there is no way that we would have given you spicy ones, unless you ordered them" I asked at that time for a manager as her response was unacceptable. She said she was the manager. I have been coming to this wendys since 1995 and never been treated that way. I told her that there had to be someone higher up the chain than her at that time and she flipped me off and told me to leave. At which point I yelled for a manager so another person who came up whose name was "Ashley" who also said she was a manager there.

Ashley was nice, but I just want to pass along that I realize that during these times it's hard to get good employees, and whoever that other girl was, is not doing your company any favors by working there.

I went back and looked at my debit card just to see how many times I used my card at this store, and in the last 12 months I used my debit card there 60 times since January of this year. This does not include cash transactions. Because of her obnoxious behavior I will not be headed back to that location anytime soon. This is sad in and of itself as I live less than 1 mile away from there. I wont be back...

I have previously given this particular Wendy's a four-star rating. The only reason it didn't get a five-star is because of the several occasions where they messed up an absolutely simple predetermined order.

I am currently amending my review to a two star. One of the reasons why I enjoy eating at Wendy's is because they use regular lettuce in their burgers and not that god-awful shredded pre-packaged lettuce like so many other fast food restaurants do. I hate the taste of that lettuce! It always tastes like a refrigerator and it makes the whole meal unappetizing.

Well apparently Wendy's has decided to jump on the bandwagon and when I began to eat my burger today all I could taste was nasty shredded lettuce. I couldn't even finish my burger even after taking the lettuce off because it had already a permeated the rest of the burger. Apparently I will not be eating at Wendy's any longer. I'm not a food snob but there are certain things that I am not willing to pay that much money for at a fast food restaurant and shredded lettuce is one of those things. I go through the drive and order my food. I order a lot of standard when you are feeding a big family. The first time they gove me the bags a sandwich is missing. He tells me it's in the bag but it's not. He ask me for the bag. I give it to him and he says it's not. We will make it. While making the sandwich I remind them that it's not suppose to have swiss cheese and be spicy. They said okay. Give me the sandwich and of course it's wrong. They remake the sandwich and it's wrong again. I go in and ask for a refund. They tell me that they cannot give me a refund and if I donot leave they would call the police on me. Now mind you I have not yelled raised my voice. I haven't even cursed. SMH. I told them to call the police so we can get this settled. They never called them. After waiting 45 mins for the police who didnt show. I called the police myself. While waiting for the police they refunded the white lady her money without any problems. Please stay away from...
