Starbucks — Restaurant in Winchester

This is perhaps one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Yes, it is VERY busy especially when there is a convention or two or three going on, but even with two sets of registers to take people's orders, it took forever to get to the front of the line, and then another long wait to wait for the drinks to be made.

Also, I was very annoyed that they wouldn't let me use my reusable mug. It was such as waste of cups to make my drink in their plastic cups, which I threw away immediately after pouring the drink into my reusable mug. Shouldn't they be more sustainable-minded in this day and age, especially when every other Starbucks will gladly let you use your own reusable cup and they even usually encourage it by giving your a little bit of a discount. What a waste.

On top of that, everything is marked up and overpriced, probably because it's inside the convention center. They charged me extra for the soy milk that's supposed to be included in a regular iced coffee with milk, on top of the overall higher prices. I ended up paying almost $9 for an iced coffee and a fruit...

I'm local, and I've worked in the convention industry for 18 years. this sturbucks has been amazing until recently, when LVCC bought the franchise. first of, prices are higher, secondly they have no sense of urgency to fulfill the orders and lastly, their customer service is the lowest I've experienced. there were 5 workers behind this counter and only one at the register and one filling drinks. Everyone else was socializing. they need to realize that the exhibitors and attendees of the conventions are the ones responsible for the success of their business, so it's embarrassing to make them wait 45 mins for a drink. Horrible, horrible!! I will never spend my money and time on this...

47(!!!) minutes I had to wait to get my mobile order. People in-line waited about 15-20 minutes. You guys know that there is huge amount of people that will show up during conventions. Prices have gone up, quality of coffee, service down the drain. Please change it before I convert of being Dunkin’ consumer (really trying to avoid that). Really love Starbucks, but this place sucks (unfortunately many other places...
