While waiting for the live band at the lobby of the Westgate Hotel & Casino, I stumbled upon Rikki Tiki Sushi. As a Japanese food enthusiast, I was instantly intrigued by the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere. The cozy setting, paired with a fantastic menu, made it a delightful dining experience. From the moment I started with the Miso Soup and Seaweed Salad, I knew I was in for a treat. The sushi rolls were fresh and expertly crafted, each bite bursting with flavor. Their specialties, Salmon Carpaccio and Tuna Carpaccio, were simply outstanding—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Nigiri selection was extensive and mouthwateringly delicious. Rikki Tiki Sushi is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. Whether you’re a sushi aficionado or just looking to try something new, this place will not disappoint. And Sho Chiku Bai Ginjo the last one to take😊 plus Green Tea Dessert. The BOMB😋

We decided to get a couple of sushi rolls after the Jen Kramer magic show nearby. The setting is great, such a beautiful restaurant. The space is shared with Benihana's. Multiple levels seating and a nice waterfall and little river, pond, fish, etc. Service was like old fashioned Vegas, extremely well organized. Both of the roles we had (Ocean's 11 and Hundred Grand) were very good. However, the rice was a little dry. The Japanese Daisy drink was very good. It was a nice visit overall.

Great sushi! Great service for eating in. Trying to do take out is nearly impossible. Keep in mind, they dont really like take out, so I had to jump through a lot of hoops when ordering the second time I went back. All three businesses are technically in the same place (Rikki Tikki, Bennhinna, and the noodle place (dont know name). Great overall though! They are always busy and for good reason! I especially loved the Hundred Grand Roll and the Tiger Roll.

I was a little hesitate trying this place due to the mixed reviews. But when I walked up to it, the amazing atmosphere drew me in. It truly is a beautiful place! BUT the food is just eh and the service is beyond SLOW. I could live with the food being just ok. My real problem is with the service. My party of 8 sat for nearly 30 minutes on a night that was not busy waiting for just anyone to come say hi and just bring us some water. Six of us ordered Chinese and two ordered California rolls. Well, we got our food and the two who ordered California rolls didn’t get theirs for nearly 25 minutes later! What!?! The rest of the table was finished by the time their rolls came. Then we made the mistake of asking what ice cream they had. The waitress said she had to ask and that was another 15 minute wait just to known what flavors they had. That’s just outrageous. Needless to say, we skipped dessert and just asked for the check. I think our waitress sensed our disappointment and she gave me one of our drinks free of charge. I do genuinely appreciate her offer. But it’s a little too late. All I wanted was semi-prompt service. As a party of 8 we had plenty to talk about and keep each other busy so it’s not like we needed super speedy service. We just need something reasonable and that did not happen. My advice: peek inside, take in the atmosphere, and then go eat...

I never leave reviews, but the experience was terrible enough that one was necessary Only decided to eat here because the interior of the restaurant looked cool. Who would have thought a chain restaurant would be so poorly managed, you would think they would have their shit together. Wanted to sit for bennihanas hibachi but due to some misunderstanding we got sat at their sushi restaurant which is owned by them. We opted for the all you can eat sushi. 4 of us got sat around 8:20pm. Did not get our drinks for AT LEAST an hour later. Then the food for was served at least another 20 to 30 minutes later. Not the servers fault but the management. It was one waitress working a large area. Never did once come by to apologize for the wait or help the 1 waitress. Once the food arrived we were told that the kitchen was closing and to order more food, before we even had a chance to eat. They forgot what we ordered so server had to come back twice to the yable to verify. Food was not terrible but not worth the service and wait. Had much better for less elsewhere. We wanted to speak with the manager but he or she never came by. Asked for some compensation, so they comped pur drinks only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My family owns a sushi restaurant, and this was a major disappointment. We would never run things like...

We waited well over an hour to be seated with a party of 4, which was annoying but not surprising on a Friday night. When the waitress came by and we order the all you can eat sushi, she seemed quite agitated and told us that the kitchen was closing soon, so we had to order right now. She started leaning over us, pointing to items on the menu asking in quick succession, "You want this? How bout this? You two get this one and this one and split? This one? How bout this?". All of us were so taken aback and felt so rushed that we didn't have much chance to really think about what we were getting, or ask any type of questions. We were not able to take advantage of the "all you can eat", as the waitress came across in a way that none of us felt it was even an option to order a second round. I would have gladly chosen something off the regular menu and saved myself some money, but she made us order so quickly that none of us had the chance to look at the rest of the menu. If there was a time cut-off for the all you can eat, it should have been made known to us before we were seated. After all that stress, the sushi was just okay. The most redeeming part of the place was the decor. Overall one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've...
