I was in Vegas for 3 days attending a trade show at Caesar's Forum, and staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Paradise which is next to the Westgate hotel and monorail. I used the monorail extensively during the time as it's a quick easy way to get back and forth the length of the strip all the way to MGM.
It's not particularly fast, but it's clean, almost never busy and a 3 day pass cost less than the taxi/uber ride from the airport. I strongly recommend buying online and downloading the scan code to your phone as it's very fast to get thru the gate.
Be aware that the stations are at the BACK of the hotels on the strip so you do have a decent walk to get to the strip. But everything in Vegas is a long walk.

Read moreWestgate is very nice and a quite hotel. Easy to locate near the strip. Lots of parking, they have garage for a self-parking option. They have valet if you like to pull up in style. Clean entrance and a beautiful walk thru to the bell desk from the North end. At the front desk there are check-in customer service representatives that are ready to help and get you booked into your room. The Lobby and casino floor is very bright and clean, they had many games and tables to choose from. They have a chapel, piano room, fun game zone for the kids. Spa, tattoo parlor, shopping store like Raider Nation and #Hashtag LV. Restaurants, cafes and vending machines for desserts. Very cool place to stay in Vegas with hospitality included called the Westgate.
They have the monorail and check out the photos for the experience! Celebrating 20Million Views here on...

I’ll let you decide what the case is here: The room was outdated, there was hair in the tub, shower head was grimy and looked like it was about to fall off, no coffee maker or complimentary water, and windows were dirty. Sheets were clean, big TV screen, nice tufted ottoman, air conditioning worked. I paid $250 per night. Any thoughts? UPDATE: I am taking one star off; the guy at the guest services was very rude when I kindly inquired about the...
