FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RUDE SERVICE!

Me and my friends were on our way home on 10/16 when we passed a billboard advertising $2.99 espresso martini. We went on a detour to check it out. We get to the bar, and it was definitely busy with some sort of event or convention so wanted to give grace. We were ignored by the woman bartender for 10 minutes. We decided to change locations on the bar top, even had a slight interactions where I said hi, and she then ignores me again and goes to the part of the bar I just was and takes the man’s order who just walked up. After waiting 20 minutes, she FINALLY acknowledges us and when we ask for a $2.99 espresso martini she just says “no” and walks away and takes someone else’s drink order. We again wait for her attention again and mention the billboard and she again says no, that’s tomorrow. We walked out of there disappointed then rechecked the billboard and there was no date, time or requirements specified on the promotion. She just didn’t want to make it for us, even though we work in the service industry and would have tipped her on the full price. It was extremely rude and a huge waste...

Easily the worst service of any bar I've been to in my 30+ years of legal drinking age. When it's crowded, no matter how many people they have working, they can't handle the business. When it's empty, they can't handle the business. They fail to greet guests again and again. They fail to offer players drinks, again and again. If you're lucky enough to get service, it's done begrudgingly with an annoyed demeanor. The bar is disgusting with old emptys and ashtrays never getting cleared. We had drinks here a couple times while staying at the Westgate. The first time was great; the sweet Asian lady was attentive & friendly. The second time, we were stunned at how rude the bar tender was (I think his name was Art? Older guy with an accent).
