Originally had, given a 4 star but due to a error on the employee's part. I will no longer be eating here, due to an employee blaming their error on me. And further making it worse by saying that they will no longer serve us due to THEIR error.
We went through the drive through. They first didn't let us finish our order because they cut us off mid way and told us to "pull up to the second window" and the order screen said "thank you" which shows that they confirmed our order even though we haven't finished ordering. We waited for about two minutes there at the speaker to tell them that we haven't finished. They didn't come back so then we went to the window and told them that we didn't finish. They then told us to drive back around and order again. Instead we got off the car and went inside to finish the order. But then they shifted the blame on us by saying that they never said to "pull up to the second window" but instead to "hold on." Which wasn't true, they then started to get aggressive with their tone of voice saying that it was our fault. Which wasn't needed they could have just apologized and moved on but they made a bigger deal about it. They then said that they are no longer going to serve us, even though it was an error on their part. We did end up getting our food, but after terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend eating here until they get better employees or the employees...
Read moreSo I rarely go out to eat for lunch but I had been at work since about 530 and forgot my lunch today. Ran an errand and decided to stop and try the bacon king burger from Burger King. I believe it is a number four. So I sit in the drive thru for about 15 mins with only one car in front of me. Which in my mind I try to be positive and think maybe my fries will be hot and my burger will be fresh… so the wait didn’t bother me! I pulled up and the woman wouldn’t even speak to me because she was engaged in a conversation with someone else inside.. which I get it it is fast food ain’t really trying to chat anyways! So I pay almost 13.00$ got my food and went back to work….. so I get here clock in and I am so ready to eat and work.. the fries were awesome.. then I go to eat my “BACON “ king sandwich and I take a bite… no bacon… I take another bite… no bacon!! Now I open the sandwich and there is no bacon anywhere on my bacon king sandwich! Ketchup and mayo oozing out the sides… so I go for a napkin! No napkin! I’m a really chill dude but when someone has the craving for a piece of sizzly, salty amazingly porky piece of artery clogging heaven and they pay good money for that pig and it isn’t there… now we got issues! Read moreeverytime i have visited this location in the past couple months its been an adventure. a couple of weeks ago i placed a mobile order in the drive thru and the manager said over the speaker that they were closed and not accepting orders that she was the only employee there and she was unloading the truck and i would have to request a refund for my mobile otder. How? How are you the only employee in the store? Does your general manager hire employees? Or you? Or have you all just given up on managing your restaurant? This js unacceptable. Two times I've placed curbside orders and neither time has anyone brought my food out, we've had to go inside to get it. You should not have that option if you are not going to honor the curbside pickup. Corporate needs to come in and take back over this location. Everytime I've come here there's been like 3 or 4 people working. So tonight was the tip of the iceberg as I've just had enough.. We placed mobile orders in the drive thru and there was only two people up front working and they were clearly frustrated. I was just sick of watching my food be thrown around. I had like five fries in the box and the rest were scattered in the bottom of the bag. You guys gotta do better. If my boyfriend wanted his sandwich a certain way there should have been no jssue.
