My issue with this location has nothing to do with their food, or drink quality - Both items I ordered (large, iced Mocha Latte and sausage, egg and cheese) were delicious....but what I didn't appreciate and have a strong issue with is how unrelentingly mindless and explicit the cashier was....
Apparently, a former employee showed up to visit... This Former employee, the minute he walked in, uses unbelievably loud usage of explicit language and the casual natural in which explicit, illegal and addicting the content of which was discussed was centered and the conversation is peppered with plenty of knocks to DD and the relief of not being an employee of yalls for various reasons...the cashier was equally as obnoxious, equally as trigger inducing as that boy was... and I don't necessarily blame it on them completely....i was wondering where the manager was or supervisor was to handle the scene and their employee....they went unchecked by management the entire time my husband and I were there... It got so painfully loud (A LOT of attention seeking type behavior) my husband and I couldn't even focus on our conversations due to those two idiots just rattling on and on and on about seriously explicit content with the most explicit language usage...it definitely conjured a lot of discomfort and agitation.... The fact that it was never corrected only made my disgust grow more and more. This is why I'm here writing this...maybe this will help at the least gain perspective and ideally the lack of accountability will be corrected ...and I'm aware that people are low staff, and they're kind of at their end with their own tolerance, but THIS is not a 'post COVID' type of issue....our "new norm" doesn't qualify as a valid excuse for potentially harmful and inconsiderate behavior to be normalized...and that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had too many bad experiences here in the morning recently. My first bad experience is when I pulled up to the window to receive my items. My items were clearly sitting right next to the window and ready to go but the two cashiers chose to talk about glitter for 2 minutes instead of giving me, the paying guest, their food. My second bad experience was today. Went thru the drive thru and forgot to say I wanted a coffee. I pull up to the window and ask the cashier politely to add a small coffee with 2 and 2. James, the cashier, was incredibly rude and said āno the line is longā. I was quite surprised to hear this response because I am a paying customer and the line had about 6 cars in it. So the line was not ālongā. I am a regular and spend about $60-$100 a week at this location. After the terrible experiences Iāve had at this location recently, I will be taking my business to either Jittery Joes, The brand new Starbucks thatās less than 5 minutes away, or home. The people here donāt care about you or your food, your drink or your money. Go...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor customer service from my experience. Went in the morning and was the first in line inside. Was told it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes before I said something. 4 customers left in that time. When I checked in again I was told the staff was too busy, everyone was working and the front cashier had too many coffee orders to serve customers. I was told to come back later. I had a child with me who was desperately in need of breakfast and needed to get to school. I would have left otherwise but there were no other options with the time I had left without making my child tardy. Won't go back that time of day again. If you want donuts, don't go there in the morning. They are too busy with drink and online orders to really manage inside orders. This was not the first time I had to wait a total of 20 minutes for an order, but the first time I was the only customer at the front of the line and with no one...
