What an absolute sorry excuse for a âfast foodâ restaurant. We arrived inside the restaurant at 6:56pm. Ordered at 7:00pm and at 7:19pm was told they ran out of baked potatoes. For 19 minutes we waited for our food, during that time we had the unfortunate opportunity to witness the fry cook touching his phone multiple times & the head / hair of another female employee...then use the same gloved hand to touch food! DISGUSTING! He also pulled a container out of the fridge that was also placed on the head of the same female employee directly over the area where fries are placed. If the 19 minute wait wasnât bad enough, the insanely unsanitary procedures were even worse. I still canât wrap my head around the fact that it took 19 minutes to not only have a small âfast foodâ order ready, but during those 19 minutes you didnât realize you were out of baked potatoes?! What a joke!! The rest of the patrons in the establishment were beyond frustrated with the lack of service & wait for food. You donât even wait 19 minutes for food at a LongHorn! The only decent thing that came out of that store was the young girl who was working the front counter..she was kind, respectful & apologetic about the situation she was dealing with. Iâve been here so many times Iâve gotten ripped off by them so many times and I swore myself off from going there for the last 6 months and of course itâs when Iâve been drinking and I offer to pay for my familyâs meal if they will go get me food but ofc they come back without nothing but a burger when I paid for a whole meal and a wrap. I recommend never going here and if youâve decided not to go here because their service and mess ups are just every single time you go then donât go back. Donât give them another chance no matter how long itâs been since you went because I promise you they will always be terrible and will never get an order right. I hate this place with a passion and under no circumstance will I ever go back and I know they wonât give me my money back for what they didnât give me because Iâm not coming back tomorrow to tell them they messed up as always. The only time you will get it right is if you go right back or catch it right away and ofc i live 20 mins away and by the time Iâm home itâs just another situation where they screwed me and took my money and didnât give me what I paid for....
   Read moreThe lady working at the window was clearly frustrated⌠handed an order to the car in front of me and had them pull forward (I assume they were still waiting on more food). Then vocally got frustrated as I pull up when she realized she handed my food to the car in front of me. Goes outside and retrieved my food back from the car ahead of me & proceeds to place the food that has come out of a customers vehicle onto their food prep table with other customers orders as if they were going to give it to me. They did not give me that food, or at least I was told it got remade for me but it was followed with a lot of attitude and poor customer service as they just closed the window instead of just apologizing and remaking it! I can understand accidents happen but there no reason to take out your frustrations on paying customers when they did nothing wrong.. itâs just not good customer service and I find it quite gross, as I myself work in a restaurant kitchen, and know even if you needed to check the food and see what you messed up that they did NOT have to place it with every other customers food they were about to hand out !
