Starbucks — Restaurant in Woburn

I probably wouldn't offer any stars to this location. Firstly, they were sold out of almost everything. I did an online order to pickup and arrived after the estimated pickup time to find only the drinks were ready. Ok, not a problem to wait for a bit for food. However, the beverages were lukewarm and tasted like pure milk. We waited for nearly 20 minutes for a croissant and oatmeal (which upon getting to my car I realized they forgot a spoon), as the staff members were just standing around and chatting. Only 1 employee appeared to be working. No one was calling names of orders out so customers had to awkwardly try to see and ask if it is theirs (not pushed to front for visibility of names). The store was not overly busy but the pickup area had a crowd of people waiting for partial orders. Tables weren't cleaned. Probably wouldn't...

My dream has come true. A Starbucks that I can rely on CONSISTENTLY. This team is like the special forces of corporate operated stores.

I was jumping from Winchester, Reading, Woburn, Melrose with often horrible results. But then Woburn landing opened.

These guys are operating at a level, that during morning peak hours a staff member took a second to ask if I had tried the new the new sauces for all the breakfast sandwiches……. It is a nice place but one of the worker doesn’t have a good service. Me and my friend went there with our kids to have coffee and some snacks after lunch and we went to sit for a few minutes you know to have some talk, but one of the workers ( a lady)came us and told us that to be quiet A to tell the kids to be quiet I don’t think it’s a kids, friendly place and don’t recommend this place we paid for our stuff so we have to get what we paid for I I was really very disappointed and in like a second I just you know, grab all the kids and went out very disappointed and we’re not gonna...
