Bagels & Beyond — Restaurant in Yarmouth

Even with a line out the door, the staff does a great job of making sure the orders come out right and trying to ensure items are staying in stock for people. The bagels tasted fresh and they had a great variety to choose form. We would have liked our three a little more toasted, but that's a personal preference for everyone.

One of us had a cranberry bagel with one of their specialty cream cheeses, honey something. She said it was the best cream cheese she's ever heard and the bagel had a nice flavor to it.

Another person had the tuna fish on sesame bagel. She said the bagel was good but the tuna fish lacked flavor. She's used to adding onions and other flavorings into it, so it didn't hit the mark with her, but it wasn't bad. She would just order something else next time.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel and it was delicious. The sausage had great flavor and a little bit of spice (not heat, just seasoning), there was a good amount of egg on their and the cheese was well toasted. The onion bagel added great flavor to the sandwich overall and it tasted great on it's own.

Been coming to B&B for 10+ years. We are year rounders and this place was always a weekend treat. Many different owners, but always great. Today, after repeating my order several times to include cream cheese on our breakfast sandwiches, charged for 2 sides of cc $4.00. W.e no big deal, thinking maybe cc is super expensive now for this charge. So, after ALL of that upon getting home there was not 2 sausage egg & cheese w cc, and 2 regular bagels w cc. There were 4 bagels w cc and 2 sides of cc. Like wtf, I was already so irritated through the ordering process. My receipt shows I paid for the 2 sandwiches. I can’t even get ahold of them to try to resolve this as their phone is busy or hangs up right off. I’m so not a Karen and work in the food industry business all my life, this was just BAD. I had talked to Jhenelle in the middle of this past week and ordered 4 dozen bagels, coffee, cream cheeses for a Sunday Brunch we were having for a for a family wedding the previous night. Jhenelle was excellent in taking the order and and making sure I had everything I needed for the brunch. She said Michael would be there Sunday morning when I picked up the bagels. I talked to Michael on Saturday just to confirm everything up and told him I would be there around 7:30-8:00 AM to pick everything up. Everything was ready when I got there in the morning and Michael made sure I had everything I could possibly need. Besides the great customer service, the bagels were very good and the coffee was perfect.
