Went here on New Year's Day around 730. They told us they closed at 8. We said that was fine we could eat in that amount of time (gives us 30 minutes which is more than enough time.) the young woman at the register who appeared to be a manager rolled her eyes and didn't respond until our total. We asked if we could do it separate and once again rolled her eyes. When it came time for me to pay I gave her money and when she handed me my change she shoved it in my hand along with the receipt. I said thank you and she slammed her cash drawer shut and didn't say a word. Then a man in a white shirt came up and demanded that everyone needs to leave at 8 he is locking the doors at 8. I have been to this infinitos numerous times and never had a problem. I have also worked in the food industry as long as I've been working and I understand it is stressful and you just want to go home. But it was only 8pm and anywhere I've worked I've even stayed till midnight when we closed at 11pm just because a customer wasn't finished. Your food may be good, but I felt like a burden and that I had to shove food down my throat. At one point someone walked around to every table saying last call for food. it was new year day. Not Christmas Eve. Not New Year's Eve. What is so important that everyone must leave by 8pm? Maybe you should reevaluate the way you treat PAYING customers who continue to smile and say thank you after seeing 2 eye rolls. Had I been someone who never worked in a restaurant before I would have cussed you out and demanded food for free....
Read moreThe absolute BEST infinitos I've ever been to!!! There was just one worker working when I went with my three kids, on a weekday for lunch, but he was seriously AWESOME!!! went above and beyond in every single way!!! (Wish Id have gotten his name, I'll update this review if I can figure it out-he was thin and had longer dark hair) I asked about a certain desert pizza that I didn't see was out yet, and he told me he could make it for me and that he did, right away and boy was it delicious!!! He asked me if there was any other pizzas I did not see, that he could make for me! He kept a smile on his face while greeting every customer that came in, and treated them with kindness and respect. He was working the cash register, making food, keeping everything well stocked at the salad bar and all the other food, wiping down tables, etc. He did it all by himself and with a smile on his face the whole time. This man deserves...
Read moreI went on Friday and was shocked with how the employees were that day, we get there and everything is fine but then we start getting our pizzas and you can and you can tell that none of the employees were doing their job. They were just sitting around. just laughing, talking around the oven and I am an employee in the fast food business so I understand that that could be moments of just conversing when it’s slow and not busy, but there was several tables at the restaurant full and you could just hear them laughing loudly, making fun of their other employees. I could even hear them talking about the poor person cleaning up the tables and picking up the plates. He was just doing his job like the rest of them should’ve been, but he was being made fun of. Everytime I got a slice of pizza I would be looked at like if it’s not a “get pizza until ur full” I’ve been to this location numerous of times but its...
