Maazi, an authentic Indian delights Step into the vibrant culinary world of Hanoi's Old Quarter and discover Maazi, a hidden gem among the bustling streets. This Indian restaurant stands out as one of the most authentic and sought-after dining experiences in the city, attracting both locals and visitors alike. The carefully designed menu showcases a tantalizing array of traditional Indian dishes, curated to perfection. During my stay in Hanoi, I couldn't resist the temptation of Maazi's delectable offerings and found myself returning not once, not twice, but thrice! The friendly and attentive Mr. Neeraj, the designated guardian of your table, ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. His genuine care and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest, elevating my culinary journey at Maazi. Among the highlights of the menu were the mouthwatering Bhindi Masala, the perfectly flaky Butter Roti, the tantalizing Chicken Tikka Naan, and the crispy Masala Papad. And to complement the incredible food, Maazi boasts an impressive drinks menu, offering refreshing beverages that perfectly complement the spices and flavors of the cuisine. While I was eager to try the popular Vietnamese Egg Coffee, fate had other plans, as Maazi's staff was unavailable at the moment to prepare this signature Vietnamese delight. However, Mr. Neeraj's kindness and dedication to ensuring my happiness shone through. He offered to make it himself, though he humbly admitted it wouldn't be perfect. In an unexpected act of generosity, he even considered it complimentary, refusing to charge me for the experience. As I bid farewell to Maazi, it's clear that this enchanting restaurant has left an indelible mark on my taste buds and heart. The Old Quarter area, where Maazi is located, proves to be a prime destination for both locals and tourists, with numerous hotels nearby. Rest assured, whenever you find yourself in Hanoi, Maazi will be my go-to spot, a sanctuary of authentic Indian cuisine in a foreign land.

The service was great. Food was amazing, the only problem being one dish, which was slightly off (spoilt). The issue was resolved swiftly and the staff kindly removed the fee for that meal. The atmosphere was good, aircon was working and maintained a cool temperature. We sat in the lobby, due to the upstairs being full. There is an inside and outside seating arrangement, but I recommend sitting inside, as the outside space is quite hot. The food was amazing, each dish was perfected and contained a large variety of flavors. I recommend getting the vanilla milkshake. The washroom and toilet was clean and had a very nice vibe to it. The staff cleaned the floor regularly, maintaining clean atmosphere. On top of the great food and service, maazi old quarter has a great variety of foods to choose from and they are halal certified with a certificate of proof. Maazi is a gem within Hanoi. 10 out of 10 would recommend

When we entered the place we saw that the small entrance ; however the place was packed with Indians. We head towards the 1st floor as the ground floor was full . As we went to the first floor and saw a quote written on the wall. The decor was beautiful. Arrangement with organised and complete. Great atmosphere, great drinks and excellent service. The food was good, nice and spicy. If you are craving a good indian meal this is a place for you. The jasmine beer was unique , it's a little bitter and strong in taste , but is refreshing for a regular beer 😉 guy !! We ordered dal makhani and and panner with garlic nam. It was served in 20 mins . The dal was served in a cute meni pressure cooker. It was low on salt and spice but well cooked and tested good. They provide a glass of water free of cost. The food smelled good. The food tasted fine . It was good Indian food outside india.

Damn. Must visit. The food is just mind blowing. We were welcomed once we enter. Later the meet and greet with the waiter. Our waiter was "Hritwik". Boy oh boy such a pleasant and wonderful soul he was. The Food - We ordered Chole Bhature and Biryani. And the second day we had Chicken Madras along with Butter Nan and Jeera Rice. The Masala Chai was one absolute Bliss. It was the best Indian Food we had here in Vietnam. The atmosphere is great with well maintained and often cleaned tables. The restaurant is very clean n sanitized after every meal. The locals (Hoán) helped and suggested some places to visit and recommend the time of visit too. Definitely 100% recommend everyone to try this please. Thank you, Maazi for the amazing food and having winder people.

I recently visited Sapponre TAP and had a fantastic experience! The frozen glass for the beer was a delightful touch, and at just $3.00, it was a steal. We ordered the Tandoori chicken platter for two, priced at $19.00, and were blown away by the quality and taste. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the portion size was perfect for sharing. Additionally, we tried the Amristari Fish Tikka priced at $11.00, accompanied by a refreshing mint chutney. The fish was cooked to perfection, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, while the mint chutney added a lovely, tangy contrast. Overall, I highly recommend Sapponre TAP for its delicious food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Can't wait to visit again!

Maazi Is a relatively luxury ambiance, like entering a nice hotel, a long hallway leads to a series of smaller tables by a long bar in the indoor seating, beyond that larger tables in a open air area, with a moveable cover for those not perfect weather days. This area has a couple of nice trees really raising the outdoor feeling. The team is attentive and knows the menu well, and are able to guide a customer to find a different but suitable dish for their desires. The food is presented well and tastes excellent. Spicy if you want it so. This is a real must try if you want Indian food. An update, they offer a well organized and equally delicious delivery service too.
