Good point first : food served quickly, veggie are fresh. food tasted rather good price was reasonable ( 100.000d for Bun cha & 1 Bun nem ) - young server works & serves quickly. Also he apologized at the quarrel between staff I hope this NEW restaurant can work on improving their service. In short, very bad service experience, with a serious lack of professionalism. Here the detailed issues. When I arrived : - None of the empty tables was undressed - Quarrel in front of customer ( me ) while undressing At the table - Taking order twice - Coming back twice ( to inform me the Bun Bo was not available) - Debating loudly through the restaurant - Request to turn off ventilator twice - Customers coming repeatedly in the middle of the restaurant to ask for a seat. Suggestion : For the service : - have someone at the entry at ALL time - split the space so that each server manage his own tables - avoid at all cost to deal with issues in public & do NOT raise the voice - check the food you serves ( I got long hair in my salad 😅) For the kitchen : - serve the Bun Cha hotter - wear a hat as to avoid hair falling in the dish Please focus on solving this major service issue. And your business will thrive. Price is fine and food is okay. All the best

The staffs so rude with eachothers, loudy talk. The flavors of ground meat so so do bad to eat, for one spring Roll with 30k is not cheap to compare with some luxury restaurant I've aten, here no star service and Bun cha dipping sauce honestly so salty and sour. One thing more lettuce not clean or may be over date. I can't not eat the seafood spring roll. It"s so strange flavor. No one ask for why I did not eat, so sad for service and never return!

Ordered a combo package (Bun Cha with 2 fries) and a drink tastes like orange/passionfruit juice for about 126.000 VND. I came on around 8PM, and the restaurant is empty. So many seats available. The taste of Bun Cha is nice, grilled pork very smoky and the soup is warm. But I can’t give a 5 star review because it took so long to serve the Bun Cha (around 15 mins) and the vegetables served in small bowl and wasn’t fresh.

Bun cha was amazing. Super flavourful broth, not overly sweet (arguably better than some overhyped places you’ll get recommended on Tik Tok!!). It has various cuts of pork so some pieces did have some fat on them but I just removed that part. Reasonably priced for the bun cha alone but compared to other places, the spring rolls are not included and it’s an extra 30-40k for 1- also no vegetarian option available. Lots of seating for big groups as it’s an indoor restaurant style rather than street dining on little stools so that fun Vietnam street food vibe doesn’t exist but still a really really...
