Cloud Sky Bar Hanoi — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Writing this now as it's a massive let down. Bar is beautiful but their EFT payment system is/was down. Cash only. Meaning unless you're staying at the hotel and can put it on your room charge you're up for ALOT of cash... I was told to use the atm downstairs outside. Sorry but I'm not racking up a bill in the 5 plus million dong or more to pay in cash. The venue will loose money and business if they can't come up with an alternative fairly quickly. This is our last night in Vietnam and disappointed that this venue didn't live up to expectations. As an ex professional hospitality manager, venues like this have plenty to learn about customer service which is FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN a view.

Edit: upon leaving I was requested to change my review. Please note that this is not the fault of the direct staff, they were great 👍🏾. This is a reflection on management and ownership not having facilities or facilities being down surely someone can take an imprint of my credit card. . The bar staff looked visibly scared because I gave a lower review like he was going to be fired because of it.. This is NOT what Google review is about. And certainly can't buy someone's Google review. I did feel offended and intimidated being asked to change a review as I'm paying...

I recently visited cloud sky bar and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm ambiance that perfectly balances modern chic with cozy comfort. The decor is vibrant yet inviting, making it an ideal spot for both chill hangouts and lively gatherings.

What makes this place different is the wonderful people like ane, Hieu, Iris Thinh.

What stood out the most was the quality of the hookah itself. It was smoothly prepared, offering a rich and flavorful session that lasted just the right amount of time without losing its essence. The attention to detail in the preparation really shows the dedication of the team to providing a top-notch experience.

Moreover, the lounge area is spacious and comfortable, allowing for great conversations or simply relaxing while enjoying the ambiance. The music added a perfect touch, playing a mix that was lively but not overwhelming, creating a great background atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned hookah enthusiast or a newcomer, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their flavors while soaking in the delightful atmosphere! Highly...

Hi 👋 it's the first time I've given 5 stars ⭐️ to everything and this Sky bar in Ha Noi deserves them all. Let's start by saying that the bar is located inside a wonderful hotel and there is also an excellent restaurant on the lower floor. The bar has a nice ambiance with a view of the city of Ha noi, the seating is diverse and in a nice style, as a drinks menu there is everything from cocktails 🍹, to beers 🍺 and wine 🍷 and also juices and non-alcoholic cocktails, wonderful service, young, fast, thoughtful guys (e.g. a lady had dropped a piece of cutlery 🥄 and a guy recovered it immediately and gave the lady another clean piece of mail), professional and kind in everything and above all always with a smile 😁. We had several cocktails (see photo) and had dinner. All good. Finally I would like to compliment the only girl of the guys who work in this bar, her name is VI H. professional girl, very sweet and has a wonderful smile...Vi if you read this review Roby and Andy we greet you and it was a pleasure to meet you, Soon....
